Villas by the lake are so lovely, we have enjoyed it so much that this is the first time we didn’t want to leave the accomodation. Breakfast they bring you is also lovely, the staff is lovely, you can try yoga or siesta classes… Dinner in Solitairy restaurant was an amazing experience. 10/10

The kitchen was well stocked with silverware, cookware, kitchen appliances, and basic pantry items. Towels and linen, as well as toiletries are all provided. The sauna also works perfectly, and had a convenient access to the patio for a cool down in the snow. Finally, the location was unbeatable as it was only a couple of minutes from the Olavinlinna castle, the city center, and walking trails on the islands.

The property is non-smoking and is set 1.9 km from Savonlinna Train Station. the breakfast was delicious and one had choices. we purchased a take away lunch (croissant sandwiches) and it was very good. the hosts were very attentive and truly delightful! we hope to come back to visit.
