The kitchen and bathroom are brand-new and well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. Just 2 min. walking distance to the Museumsquartier and the famous Christmas Market at Spittelberg. Please note that the rooms are oriented to a street with tramway. Especially in summer when opening the windows you will hear the traffic. Also note please that you will find a restaurant in the same building.

The flat is located in the vivid district Spittelberg very close to the Museumsquartier (U3 Volkstheater), famous for its 2 museums for modern art – MUMOK and Leopold Museum – as well as for its animated courtyard. In Spittelberg you will find a lot of cafés and restaurants, beautiful craftwork-shops as well as a lot of art galleries. Especially in December you will find here one of the most beautiful Christmas markets.
