A Perfect Stay was created as a result of our highly successful holiday accommodation business, Byron Bay Holiday Rentals, which was founded in 2004 in the Byron Shire. Initially operating in and around the Byron Bay region, the demand for expansion into other areas became apparent and A Perfect Stay was born. King Tide is a fully self-contained unit located on the second floor of an older-style block, with fantastic views over the ocean. The main bedroom has a queen bed, with built in robes and ceiling fans, as well as access to the side balcony. The second & third bedrooms also have ceiling fans and each have two single beds. The second bedroom also has its own access to the side balcony. The bathroom is combined with the laundry that includes a washing machine & dryer. The living/dining area have spectacular views of the beach, and features a small balcony to relax and watch the waves. There is a TV/DVD player and an open-plan kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge & microwave, as well as useful kitchen utensils. This property is located in the heart of Broadbeach and is a quick walk from the shops, parks, cafe's, the Kurrawa surf club, and all the restaurants that Broadbeach has to offer. There are patrolled beaches across the road and a great walking track for a stroll along the park & beach. Undercover parking for 2 cars, however, they are in a tandem configuration. *Please note, this property does NOT have wi-fi. IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION: a 50% deposit will be charged at the time of booking, otherwise full payment is required if arriving within 30 days. To process a booking, we require a guest's identification, personal email address and mobile phone number no later than 7 days after booking, or by the last business day prior to the arrival date; whichever is earliest. If we are unable to verify the guest’s identification and details we will, unfortunately, be unable to confirm the booking. Please note, check-in and check-out is not permitted on Christmas Day (25 December).
