Excellent hosts, beautiful BNB in an amazing location with easy parking - our room was perfect (and bigger than expected!). Breakfast was great each morning, and incredible value. We would certainly stay again.

The 3-star Rowcroft Lodge has a peaceful location overlooking Goodrington Park. A 3-minute walk from the beach, views from the balcony look onto the sea and Brixham in the distance. Under new ownership from June 2022 with a full schedule of renovation works planned. Each en suite room is individually decorated in neutral colours, and family rooms are available. All rooms have tea/coffee-making facilities and TV with Freeview channels. Dogs are also welcome in selected pet-friendly rooms on our lower ground floor. All rooms are only accessible up a number of stairs, with 12 steps leading to the front porch and all bedrooms being positioned on the first and second floors or down to the lower ground floor. Due to the layout of this beautiful Victorian house we have no ground floor rooms. Rowcroft Lodge offers fresh, home-cooked breakfasts using locally sources ingredients from a local farm and butcher. The many attractions of Torbay are close at hand, with Paignton Zoo within a mile of the hotel. The centre of Paignton is less than a 10-minute walk away with its harbour and pleasure pier.

Sarah and Paul are the owners and have been running the guest house since Early June 2022, After spending 5 years in Torquay but previously from the midlands. Sarah and Paul have 2 young boys who have a passion for sports and welcome you to a family and pet friendly home.

Sarah, Paul and Family would like to welcome you to Rowcroft Lodge. We are a family run Guest House offering comfortable accommodation for both business and pleasure at an affordable price. Ideally located for a relaxing visit to Devon or as a base to explore beautiful Dartmoor and wonderful countryside around the English Riviera we are close enough to Paignton to walk but away from the crowds, Rowcroft Lodge is opposite Goodrington Park and only a few hundred yards from Goodrington Sands beach & Torbay Leisure Centre is a short walk away. We have 6 types of rooms to choose from Doubles, Triple, Family, Twins, King, and 2 Dog Friendly Doubles located on the lower ground floor. All our rooms are All En-suite. We do have a number of steps to access the front of the property and due to the age and architecture of this wonderful Victorian building we have no gest bedrooms on the ground floor, with all bedrooms being accessible by stairs to the first or second floors or down to the lower ground floor. All rooms have flat screen TVs, hospitality trays, and complimentary toiletries. Wi-fi is available most rooms at no extra cost. Breakfasts at Rowcroft Lodge are a delight. Guests are provided with a varied choice from fresh yoghurts & cereal to a hearty Full English Breakfast, omelettes, a choice of breakfast sandwiches or sweet waffles before you depart in the morning. We are not in Paignton Town Centre we are located about 1 mile outside Paignton, away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre. Guests love our peace & quiet.

We are located about 1 mile outside Paignton, away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre, Rowcroft Lodge is less than 500 meters from Goodrington Sands Beach and directly opposite the beautiful park. The stunning cliff walk follows the coast from north sands beach down to Paignton harbour and along to the famous Paignton pier. The walk has been planted with exotic vegetation and flowers from around the world.
