I am a hard worker and believe in attention to detail. I strive to provide the best service and hope my customers enjoy our hospitality. I am a busy working mum of two, so life is very fast moving. When time permits I enjoy spending time with my children in the outdoors weather permitting.

Our property is located in the countryside but within walking distance to the town. We have a large garden with swings etc which younger children can use, and there is plenty of room for older children to run around in, or simply for guests to sit an enjoy (weather permitting) . We are very fortunate to have clear interrupted views of Linlithgow Palace, which is especially beautiful in the evening when flood lit in all its glory. Due to the open aspect the sunrise from the east is worthy of an early rise, with views as far reaching as the Bass Rock in East Lothian. The fields in which the property lies, used to provide grazing for Highland Cows (a past time hobby for my father).... I am hopeful that we will reintroduce them soon for all our guests to enjoy.

Linlithgow is a ancient Royal Burgh with Linlithgow Palace known as the Jewel in the crown. The Palace, dating back to the 12th century is well known as the birth place of Mary Queen of Scots and more recently, provided the film setting for Outlander when Captain 'Black Jack' Randall tortures Jamie. Other well known filming spots in the area include Lallybroch, Fort William (Blackness), Boness and many more within short travel distances. Surrounding the Palace is Linlithgow Loch an SSSI, with a walk way around the perimeter leading into the town. Our country park 4.5 kilometers away there are activities which children can become involved in and there are ample woodland walks and agility courses for children of varying ages. The Union Canal passes through Linlithgow and provides a gentle flat walk to the new Helix Park where the famous Kelpies and Falkirk Wheel are located. Our local train Station provides easy and fast connection to the Cities of Edinburgh and Glasgow for those wishing to go shopping or visit the many galleries and restaurants.
