It soon became apparent that new owners desired their properties to be managed, not just from a maintenance and operational perspective, but also from a marketing and rental perspective, to provide income for the owners when not self occupied. From this need, and opportunity, Villa Bugis has grown to its current stature of one of the most well known and well managed Villa Management companies, due to its professionalism, service, ethics, integrity and diligence of its now over 100 staff, managing over 30 Villas. Location wise, there are a few distinct areas in Bali for most tourists. Kuta is the most well known, but caters mainly for the 18-25’s set, letting their hair down. It tends to be busy and pretty noisy. Seminyak on the other hand, provides a more laid back offering, catering more for the over 25’s, as well as a more family oriented and perhaps more sophisticated alternative, with a plethora of boutiques for shopping and the full range and styles of restaurants, cafe’s or local warungs to satisfy any taste or budget.
