Property for exclusive use Typical stone farmhouse, hosting up to 15 persons in 7 double bedrooms, one single bedroom and 8 bathrooms. Guests will find a large fenced garden (1500 sq m), a swimming pool (12 metres by 6 with a depth of 1.5m, an outdoor hot water shower, a gazebo with table for outdoor meals, sunbeds, beach umbrellas, a stonework barbecue, kid’s games and ping pong table. Parking within the property. Casale il Gelso is a typical colonial home on two floors. The ground floor has a dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen, both with access to the garden, 3 double bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms with showers. On the first floor there are 2 living rooms with satellite TV, 4 double bedrooms, one single bedroom, and 5 bathrooms with showers. Il Casale is not too isolated, close to a small town on the slope of a hill not far from the famous medieval city of Cortona, in a panoramic location, surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and fields. The farmhouse has central heating, air conditioning in all the first floor bedrooms, a baby bed, high chair, wifi, hairdryer and parking within the property. The price includes bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen (changed weekly), water, electricity (air conditioning not included, charged EUR 120 per week) and gas (heating not included, charged EUR 1.8 per cubic meters), internet, baby bed and high chair. Upon request and to be paid for at the property: hired help, cook, babysitter. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to September 30th. Access via 100 m of gravel road. The centre of the town of Camucia is a short walk away.

Activities and distances The property is the ideal starting point for discovering the local food and local products, as well as all the small hamlets of the area, thanks to the nearby motorway. We strongly suggest visiting and tasting the products of Tuscany’s main cities such as Siena, Arezzo and Florence, as well as the Umbria region with cities like Assisi, Perugia and Lake Trasimeno.
