As A&C Stay, we have been operating apartments in Osaka that are suitable for backpackers, families, tourist groups and business travelers from 1 person to 14 people since 2016. Our apartments come with various amenities such as free WiFi, TV, refrigerator, microwave, cooking equipment including kitchen utensils, soap, shampoo, hair conditioner etc. Most of the rooms also have a washing machine that guests can use. We don't have daily cleaning service and sheets, towels are not changed every day until guests check-out. However, we can provide full cleaning, changing sheet/towels for a small fee if it is requested. Every apartment is entirely private so you won't be sharing your stay with other people. There is no front desk at the locations, guest check-in by themselves. Of course, we will provide necessary information such as directions, map, check-in instruction before your check-in day to make it easy for you. We provide house manuals and information in English and Chinese as well in each unit. We will look forward to connecting with you and will do the best to assist you when you have any concern, questions and need any help during your stay.

(After the free cancellation period has expired, a full fee will be charged for canceled appointments.) ★★To the guests who booked the day before check-in, or check-in day★★ If you make a reservation on the day before or on the day of your stay, your credit card information will be charged through this system. Please notes if the credit card is invalid, we will cancel your booking. *Besides the accommodation fee. There is cleaning fee which will be written separately. Please confirm them both before you book the room. *The cleaning fee will be considered as the object for the cancellation fee.
