Super helpful staff who made recommendations on where we should go. They helped us to find a great place to dance Forró, and a Churascaria to eat beforehand, in safe areas. The added bonus is they had vouchers for a free caipirinha with their recommendations too 🙌 the room was really great, super comfortable beds and very spacious. All the facilities were top notch. The breakfast was also extensive. Fantastic, safe location.

Very good hotel, a bit pricey but not to bad for what they offer. Very good location, great variety of food for breakfast, brilliant staff at the reception and porter. Apart from only one person who made my check out who wasn’t really happy to be there or didn’t like me was the let down but apart from that one person every other one was really nice and help full!
