The room was clean and well-supplied. The bathroom was well-stocked and hot water was always available. The buffet breakfast was varied and nutritious depending on what you would choose. The staff were friendly and professional.

Close to universal studios so we could walk back after a big day. Friendly and efficient staff that greeted us and were happy to show the children the big fish tank at checkin, which made it sonic easier after a big day of travel. Organised all our bag forwarding needs. Nice little restaurant, plus snacks available for takeaway.

There can be no better location to stay in Osaka but atleast 3 subway lines literally below the hotel . The bread and coffee shop below was fantastic for a quick breakfast. The staff are always willing to help and go beyond. I could seamlessly do luggage forwarding to my Tokyo hotel. The choice of amenities at the lobby is huge, I am now at another hotel and missing it. Strongly recommend staying here.
