Both Karen and Tim found time to greet us and say good by. Xmas gifts and mince pies were great touch! Thank you very much. We will be definitely coming back in summer to do more walking. Thank you for a lovley week!

A very comfortable lodge which proved to be an ideal base for exploring the North West Lakes - an added bonus was a bus stop 3 minutes walk away which provided an hourly service into Keswick, thus saving parking fees. The Pheasant Inn was a 5 minute walk away and provided us with some good evening meals.
