I have stayed at Aloft on several occasions as it is in an excellent city centre location. The retention of original features and architecture on the ground floor reception, bar and restaurant is impressive. The bedrooms and bathrooms are modern and comfortable. The staff were all good. The Manager was very professional ( see below)
Great location. With friendly staff... Price we got was comparable to premier inn which was good. Aloft is usually more expensive. It is always our goto hotel in Liverpool if price is right.
Really enjoyed our stay at the Aloft. lovely hotel and great location. Room was spacious and shower was fantastic with a lovely big walk in cubicle. Bed was very comfortable
Room was so fancy, comfortable,and clean. everything was so nice for us. We have nothing negative about otel.
There are lot of parking place. when you arrive reception, you register your car plate number and you can park free.
Location was brilliant, staff were helpful and lovely. Clean and tidy. Had a safe in room, tea and coffee. Breakfast was nice.
Carpark was very close and fees reasonably priced after half off from aloft.

I thought the location was good if you use the local delta taxis found they were exceptional good only waited five mins at a very reasonable price of 5 to 6 pounds room was adequate for the night .nice fresh towels and hot shower once u let it run for a bit.breakfast was continental and a choice of cerel toast eggs ham and help yourself to tea and coffee ☕️
Rob provided a great personal service, with high quality touches like M&S bread and teas, together with a great capsule coffee machine. Spacious and warm apartment making for a relaxed feel to the place. Ideal location for a two night stay to allow for attendance at a company conference & dinner at the nearby Marriott hotel. Apartment had every item necessary for almost any eventuality. Thanks for the care you took for our stay.
