I arrived around 10:30 am and my check in time wasn't until 3:30pm but they had my room ready by 12:30 which was awesome. the woman at the front desk was very helpful with information about the area, specifically the gaylord where my business event was being held. breakfast was good the tables were clear and trashes were well kept. A total change from being ripped off in a mini bar.
