We arrived with our 12 year old daughter at 3 and our room wasn't ready. We waited until 330 to get in. Once we got in it smelled like pot, and mildew. The room was 30 degrees, and we turned on the ac, which was so loud you could barely hear someone talking. There was a couple cockroaches in the bathroom. The beds were like a rock.
