Our stay at Risco de Hugo was our favourite accommodation during our entire one month visit to Central America! The cabins are beautiful, brand new, and had so much attention to detail. We love to cook when we’re away and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable. The views of the mountains from the cabin and the front deck are incredible! The owners are so welcoming, friendly, and were happy to accommodate any and all of our requests. The location was quiet and perfect for a relaxing week away, while still having a coffee shop (farm) less than 1km away for our morning coffee. If we’re fortunate enough to come back to Panama again, we will 100% be reaching out to Risco de Hugo to stay here, and I will absolutely be recommending it to any friends planning to visit the area!

Hotel City Plaza & Suites in David has 4-star accommodation with a bar. Boasting a concierge service, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi throughout the property. The room we finally received was very nice. Breakfast was excellent with a large variety of food and beverages.

Hotel-Boutique Patampa features an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a terrace and bar in David. Each accommodation at the 4-star hotel has garden views and free WiFi. There is free private parking and the property offers free airport shuttle service. Wonderful breakfast! Bascal was very sweet and accommodating!

Set in Las Lajas, Hostal Casa Las Lajas offers a garden. Boasting a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with a barbecue. There is a terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. I HIGHLY recommend this property! Conveniently located just off the main highway, with a delicious restaurant right beside the hostel. Christian (the owner) was so friendly and helpful! The room was very comfortable and clean. Plus there was a fully equipped kitchen. A must stay!

This beautiful hacienda-style resort in Boquete features a golf course, a fitness centre and an on-site spa. Valle Escondido Resort Golf and Spa also boasts a heated indoor swimming pool and free breakfast. Amazing hotel set in lush grounds. Only 15min walk into town. Decent gym plus indoor/outdoor pool. Excellent Breakfast with good options.

Guests can visit a traditional coffee plantation, with many located within a 10-minute drive, or take a trip to Playa Marquesa Beach, just 40 km from Linda Vista. Enrique Malek Airport is 35 km from the property. Had the cabin for ourselves. The rooms are bright and spacious and clean with a beautiful view of the valley and mountains!!! The owner was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. He even gave us a ride a few times when we just got into town and arranged for a cab to pick us up when we left town. Great place to relax and wind down. Close to the main highway, the bus is accessible.
