The place was renovating, and we were not informed beforehand. We had troubles finding the reception, because it was moved elsewhere. There was no double bed, but two single connected ones.

Gym, spa, sports courts, freshness of food, suite was spacious, views from the balcony were nice.

Main reception closed, unclear where to check in. No kettle for making tea or coffee in the room, just coffee machine with no pods.

I was surprised that were is no soap in the bathroom near the sink due to reducing plastic waste policy. The hotel did not offer any alternative only use bath get from the shower what is not comfortable and not reachable for kids. So the advice would be to have your own bottle of soap next time.

The buffet on Christmas Eve was very nice, food was tasty with great variety. Breakfast was nice too, providing some hot food and cold plates. We went to the pool on Christmas Day which was an enjoyable experience for the kids. Overall, it was a great stay!

It felt like a family resort. Quite functional. I know its not a business hotel and we weren't on business) but we did need a little more flexibility on a late night meal (they kept the restaurant open enough to get food but then cleared up around us).

Room had a living room which was good. Breakfast was good. The staff in the restaurant were EXCELLENT but those on the front desk need to be a little more accommodating and friendly. I would definitely go back again.

We were a little disappointed that there were no views at all from the bedrooms in our apartment. Just rearwards into retaining wall 3 metres away. Cannot use the swimming pool unless you bring or hire a swim cap and flip flops.

The fact that you need a reservation for the pool and sauna area. it can make it a bit complicated if you don’t reserve in time. But they work on facilitating this issue.

it’s a lot of walking to go to the restaurant to have breakfast, it’s in another building, you need to get into 4 different elevators to get there. The breakfast is not diverse, just a few basic things and for example, I don’t like yogurt with sugar but they only had sweet yogurt options and if it was not enough sugar, they added a sugar strawberry syrup on it, it was literally a sugar bomb for breakfast.

The room is dark grey and it feels like being in a cave. There's not much ventilation, so we had to open the balcony in the middle of the night. Breakfast is pretty standard, not like the photos. We basically chose the hotel for the photo of the gym and looked forward to running on the treadmill with a gorgeous mountain view, just to find the treadmills being shown into a corner with no view whatsoever.

This is really a sports hotel, especially for biking. The spinning room is huge. And it felt luxurious to do high-altitude swim practice in the 25m lanes. The bed is super comfy and the view over the mountains is awesome.

Silvia at aqua pool was excellent I think they should have more choice of food quite limited and some course expensive The rooms were lovey but not great sound proofing heard a lot of noise from next door

My kids would have apreciated some amenities, such as suits, chocolates or similar.

The room has been recently renovated and was very comfortable. The bathroom too, and beautifully designed. The staff was super nice and friendly. They helped us in all we needed. The location was very convenient.

no wellness at all. an overfill cold pool , a whirlpool for 3 person, a 30 years old steam room for 5 and a sauna for 4 people. that is the entire wellness. it is fraud to call this a wellness resort. staff is clueless and know nothing, don’t do nothing. service level is the lowest I ever experienced worldwide.
