Adorable staff and great room space: the bed is perfect and you can find anything you need at the room. To a business travel, it's a perfect place. The location is perfect too, with a lot of options to eat.

Metro Mashreq was closed due to heavy rain week before arrival. This means going by bus or walking to metro emirates mall (15 minutes) but also sometimes the metro to emirates mall did not go and we didn't know why. If we would have known this before we would have checked for a different appartment.

The appartment is very big with a kitchen and a washing machine and 2 sleeping rooms. Restaurants and supermarkets on walking distance. Swimming pool not so big but most of the people come here to visit the city and then it is ok.

Nothing much to grumble about, apart from the rooms look tired in some places due to wear and tear.

Great location: 5 minutes to metro, Mall of Emirates 10 minutes walk, taxi’s were not expensive. Cheap supermarket directly behind the apartments and a fantastic Lebenese restaurant next door. All the restaurants in the area are reasonably priced and don’t break the bank. Directly opposite a Mosque, lovely to hear the call to prayer. Air con was fantastic. Apartment was very spacious and cleaned everyday. Comfy bed. Staff are friendly and helpful. Lovely roof top pool and gym is well equipped. Great if you are planning on doing lots of sight seeing with the odd morning or afternoon at the pool.

In swimming pool,, I would like to make it more safer by putting anti slip mats like the one in Sauna roon, because my daughter hurt herself, she slipped very badly and hit her head.

The only bad point which I want to mention is that some cleaning staffs do not do their job completely. for example you must tell them to do the vacuum cleaning or moping every time you need it, in fact, in my previous visits they do the cleaning regularly and mop and vacuum the room regularly.

The room size and location of the hotel is very good. Staff are very helpful. there are plenty of stores near the hotel and the parking is very easily accessible. The swimming pool and gym could be used every day.

The nearest beaches are 45 min away by the metro/bus. The fridge in my apartment was a little noisy at night.

Proximity to the metro. There are many shops and restaurants around. Mall of the Emirates is within walking distance. The room was cleaned every day. The pool is good, although not big. Breakfast was varied and slightly different each morningю Special thanks to waiter Afzal and chef Shubam for the excellent service.

The lobby needs serious renovation! It is really not attractive at all and there is a bad smell all around. Furniture was a little aged. There is no hot water in the bathroom, and the lighting can improve.

The apartment was large and cozy. The living area and the bedroom were comfortable. The kitchen was completely facilitated. The set of kitchenware, plus stove, microwave, and a large size fridge made the apartment feeling like home and prepared to cook. The washing machine and the fridge were very clean and brand new. I liked the furniture although aged. Big closets with a lot of room. I was very happy that everything I needed was there. In the rooftop, the pool is absolutely joyful. With a guard always on duty and warm water. More than that was the gym; well equipped, clean, and calm. I was very satisfied with that. The staff were kind and welcoming. The location is next to the mall of emirates, next to the m etro station, and if you are a fan of the Middle Eastern cuisine, there are a lot in this neighborhood.
