1. Roaches in the room very disgusting 2. Construction work at night every night 3. They don’t clean unless i asked and when I specifically requested to clean only the bathroom And not touch my bed because it has my own bedsheet and cover and pillows, instead they moved my laptop that was on my bed and my pajamas that was nicely folded and on the top of my pillow and put on the dusty nightstand by the bed and took one of my pillow case but didn’t clean the toilet. I repeatedly told the front desk very specifically that the toilet and the sink are dirty and those were the only things I want them clean

I like the location I can take a taxi or walk to nearby metro. And restaurants supermarket right across from the hotel. The stuff were nice, when I first got there the smell in the room was very bad and I had bad allergie I was sneezing and runny nose and headache and they gave me another room on a different floor the next day, I don’t think it was any better but body adjusted to it

The were not cleaning the room everyday , you must call reception 2-3 times then they will send somebody to clean the room in whole trip they did my room cleaning only 4 times and that was what I asked by calling again and again

Room service was not daily, and one would have to ask for it. There is no tea or coffee maker in the room. They provided an electric kettle on request with water only. No tea bags or creamers. The room was on the second floor, with some renovation going on, resulting in continuous noise even during the day hours. The nightclubs run late at night, which is fine; however, the rooms are not soundproof.

Good location and nice restaurants nearby, including Wejdhan Restaurant, which serves very impressive and delicious Shawarmas. The reception staff was helpful, and check-in and check-out were swift.

1. Failure to clean our room regularly. Actually our room was cleared 3 times for our 10days stay. 2. Lack of breakfast 3. Cleaners making alot of noise by clearners while clearners in the Middle of the night. Hotteliers /customers need to be allowed nouse free and confort. However, the askalis were excelent on their job.

Carpet in my room was soaking wet then I checked the small fridge under the TV stand the door was open . The music at the night club way too loud wasn't able to take a nape .

I felt like I left with scabies or a disease. My carpet and rug was stained with God knows what, and when I went to the bar, within seconds I was targeted by... ladies of the night. Of course this isn't a negative! But without being rude, they can be difficult to get rid of.

Very comfortable beds, and when there isn't an event onz it's very cheap. *Read with caution* This hotel is crawling from floor to ceiling, with "ladies of the night" if you visit the bar or the club, YOU will be pounced upon.

The internet was down after 2 days as per their policy but after the 3rd they it started working again. The policy for mineral bottled water was really strange as there was only 2 bottles and once they were finished next day I called room service to send some water and they said the water is not free and we have to buy from them for 6 Dirhams. thankfully there are many shops around so I used to purchase water from there. The ironing machine I received from room service was broken although I had mine with me so I did not tell them as I was afraid they may say I broke it. If you search the hotel location on the Map it will show you near to Al Rigga station but actually it is away from the station. I had to call at the property in order to understand the directions from the reception to reach the hotel. The noise of the club and bar are loud and you have to speak loudly with the reception so they can hear you and vice verse.

The location is around 700meters from Al Rigga metro station, maybe less if you go through Al Medina store. Just follow the sign for the metro and you will reach there. There are four clubs inside this property and luckily there was no sound of music in my room in 202 on second floor. The bathroom was equipped with both cold and hot waters and the pressure of the water was also good. The area is surrounded by many shawarma shops and grocery shops. The clubs are closed from morning to afternoon I guess.
