While kitchen is advertised we didn't get much use out of it due to limited cookware and lack of power outlets - only one outlet for toaster, microwave and kettle in the kitchen and none in the living room. No outlet in the bathroom and only 1 in the bedroom. No big deal but this is something we all noticed.

The location and staff were amazing, room size was excellent and bed was very comfortable. Pool was clean and not crowded. Multiple balconies in each of the four rooms we had. Breakfast selection was also great and if something was missing staff would always accommodate a request

We experienced some problems with the drainage system, as there was a foul smell coming through. Additionally, there was water spillage each time a shower was taken. To prevent water spillage, it is recommended to install full-sized shower screens that are properly sealed to the bathtub. For the drainage issue, it would be helpful to conduct some investigations to determine the best way to address the problem.

Excellent service, Friendly, respectful and helpful staff, Extremely large sized three bedroom / en-suite apartment for a family of 5. Lovely breakfast. Accessible location to everything ( yacht, beach, Mall, pharmacy, supermarkets, metro, taxis, restaurants). I mean everything—a beautiful view of the marina from all the windows in the hotel apartment.

Water heater in bathroom needs to be upgraded doesnt heat water fast enough.

Although apartment is new and modern there were signs of wear and tear. Apartment is side facing with views of the marina and several remarkable skyscrapers but also has views of a major Dubai road that’s in constant use day and night and would be of inconvenience to sensitive sleepers.

Property is located on Dubai Marina with good views and eateries at, what I thought, reasonable priced. Hotel looks like it has been built fairly recently, and is clean, tidy and well equipped with x2 bathrooms, spacious living room and x2 balconies. The two bed apartment was cleaned each day to a good standard.

Big clean apartment in Dubai Marina. The four bedroom apartment has a huge balcony with great view. Right near to many restaurants, 10 min walk to Marina mall.

Not getting a refund for the day we checked out early, but also charging for a room that was already ready and available just to check in early. It's always about taking more money than good customer service.

The location was what I was looking for. The rooms were nice. Televisions need to be larger. Toilets need updating. Had to constantly add water to get them to flush regularly. Need more kitchen utensils. There was no spatula. Ned a proper garbage can in the kitchen.

Pool was still under going maintenance & development, with limited access! You might want to seek clarity when it will be fininshed? Furniture, fixtures & fittings within the room were very tired! TV tech is also dated. Hotel could use options here for SMART TV technology allowing USB and mobile phone mirroring onto the TV - Note - Only 2-3 English speaking channels for those of us looking for this (News channels!!) Suite windows could use a clean - Some were thick with dust & dirt!! **Top tip for all ** --- Take a socket extension lead- (You won't regret it) - Deluxe suite had VERY limited sockets already in use for fridge and microwave! No spare sockets for phone recharge, tablets etc as a typical suite would offer!

Location is excellent - On the Marina and close / short walk to the beach. The hotel team/staff were fantastic - Very accommodating and nothing too much trouble.. ....though, surprisingly, they didn't know too much on how to get to places of interest!(?) Breakfast was good and varied - The catering team were always more than happy to cook anything on request! Plenty of choices! crepes, omelettes, waffles, various types and tastes of buffets to choose from... .....sitting outside, having breakfast on the marina was a perfect way to start the day! Please regard my observations as minor! - Overall, a great hotel, competitively priced, with all the required fundamental facilities, offering a very enjoyable stay, argueably the best hotel in the marina within the price range and room type!

Small swimming pool. There are 3 pools but 2 ver small. Building work on car park but understand that that is not their control.

Stayed 5 nights in the spacious apartment. Very comfortable and centrally located in marina area. Lots of vegetarian restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was great and plentiful. Asian vegetarian options also available, all freshly cooked. Very helpful staff and manager.

Minor thing to complain really, but there were very few plugs in the room so we struggled with charging our devises. Overall place in the need of refresh. Swimming pool is quite small and it was in partial state of construction.

Located on Marina walk, which is the perfect place I wanted to be. Plenty of restaurants around, short walk to the JBR beach / sea with more restaurants and plenty water activities. Short walk to Dubai Marina Mall.

Cleanliness can improve. The smaller toilet in the living room always smells of sewage. The slippery avoiding matt on the bath tub has black moulds. But generally good standard.

Location is good. Breakfast good selection. Staff very friendly and helpful. Size is good for the price. 2 toilets , 1 bed room and 2 balconies. Very good value of money.
