We never got near the pool ! It’s a big property and there aren’t that many beds but the beach had plenty so it wasn’t a big deal.

Lots to do, beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. We upgraded to a magnificent suite overlooking the Palm and enjoyed the Executive Club facilities. There are plenty of busy bars in the hotel, with Salsa one night and a live band the next. Plenty of choice with restaurants and great spot too - we always stay on JBR but wanted to try the Palm. Being on West Beach was good because you can access the rest of Dubai quickly in traffic. Overall though the staff made the stay fantastic - everyone from the porters to housekeeping to reception were polite, attentive and genuinely happy to attend to every detail. We will certainly be back and having travelled to Dubai 20+ times that is a big endorsement because standards are pretty high across the board.

soundproof of the rooms is not so high, you can hear others talking in the next rooms easily

Nothing, The rooms were lovely, spacious and very clean. And the attitude of all the staff throughout the hotel was amazing (always warm and smiling, and happy to do anything to help you)

A beautiful hotel with great service. I can not fault anything at this hotel, the breakfast was amazing with loads of options and the pool bar is a great facility! The whole hotel is exceptionally clean. I would definitely recommend!

Magnific experience ! Thank you so much Hilton The Palm and Miss Norina from Hilton Honors reception for helping us celebrate 25 years toghether🙏When we got to the reception we were welcomed by Miss Norina with a great smile . We are so gratefull to Miss Norina because when we told her about the reason we came, she prepared us an amazing surprise in the background before checking in . We received a complimentary early checkin and a late checkeout . When we first got to the room we noticed we were upgraded to an amaaazing suite !… with a gorgeous 180 degrees full see view of The Palm and the Skyline , higher floor right on the middle of the hotel!!! The housekeeping team had already prepared in advance a beautifull chocolate cake with our 25th aniversary text written with chocolate letters … On the bed there were balloons and other stuff for celebration . We also want to mention Miss Gabriela from the Lounge who upgraded us with breakfast and tea happy hour at the lounge at the 13th floor . She is a very pleasant person and really knows how to entertain a good conversation . We also have to mention Miss Asmae from the guest relations who came to us at the end asking about how our stay , Miss Jeniffer and Miss Noela from the reception and Mr. Titus who assisted us with our lugage , a very nice person . Thank you Hilton and thank you again Miss Norina, you certainly made our celebration a one to remember and I know that none of this would have happened if it wasn't for you to make us a surprise like this from the heart .

The check in process took quite a while... I was queuing for at least 10 minutes, and then it took an additional 15 minutes to actually check in. But it was fine. It's a big hotel so I guess it is to be expected, and the lady at reception was very nice. I asked for additional water in the morning, and that also took quite a long time (around 40 minutes!). But again, the staff were great and very helpful and it wasn't a very big deal. The only thing I didn't like was the almost forced review at check out, where I was asked to show my booking.com code and then basically on the spot asked to write a review. I didn't like that very much, as even though I had an amazing 10/10 stay, I'd like the opportunity to say so without added pressure.

This hotel is probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was wonderful, with a great bathroom, fantastic facilities and a big balcony. Beyond amazing breakfast - literally every food you could ever imagine. The staff were all very professional and lovely - one of the highlights was the hotel spa, and Raj, the masseuse, was just amazing. One of the best massages I've ever had. Also, the complimentary steam room and sauna which was awesome. There are so many restaurants on site its almost mind-boggling. And the private beach is great, with a fantastic cityscape view across the water.

Overall it was a good stay. small suggestion on the breakfast menu, we would like a bit of a differentiation on the menu day by day.

Check-in process was slow, you already have all my data, why does it take 10 minutes to check me in? We booked with breakfast but our room was never on the list so the lady at the breakfast counter had to look us up every day. The bed sheets were not replaced when we requested to do so by placing the indicator card on the pillow.

Overall experience was nice, the room and bed are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent with many options. We didn't go to the beach but the pool was nice and refreshing in the heat. Fitness and wellness facilities are very good, the gym is equipped with brand new Technogym equipment and the sauna's afterwards are relaxing.
