Not satisfied with room service. For cleaning room they were always late. So many times needed to call for room service.

All staff were very nice and helpful. The food was good in buffet. Receptionist were very nice and guide very accurate on location and they very helpful to assist in any work I had.

Since the room occupancy was high thr staff couldnt cater to the needs of all the guest, understand the situation however all guest expect best of their vacation which we didnt get totally. Swimming pool too is not kids friendly doesnt have special kids area. Breakfast is ok, not bad.

During our stay when we went to the pool area there was no one there available to give us the towel.

The lady from the reception is very friendly and approachable. The room is nice too. Would recommend this to my friends.

Already stated above. Swimming pool, reading seat in the room is wooden, without sufficient back rest and not ergonomic.

Breakfast could do with more options. The reading seat in the room was uncomfortable. I think they need to change to more ergonomic seats. The color of the swimming pool discouraged me from using it. It was green instead of the more attractive blue.

the fact that when we asked for the cleaning by the door paper it wasn’t always respected , sometimes we were leaving for hours and when we went back at the hotel the cleaning wasn’t made while we asked for it. We had to talk louder to have it done and it’s not normal especially for a 4 stars we stayed almost 10 days so we deserved more respect. the fact that the swimming pool and the gym weren’t open 24/24 while for the hotel what you want was to attract more young people so consider us. Sometimes I wanted to go for a swim at 9 pm and it wasn’t possible this is definitively a room of improvement especially with a swimming pool not that deep so not dangerous at all. Same for the gym. 8 am to 6pm ain’t enough. the fact that the breakfast wasn’t included in the price we paid because I think for what we paid it should be included I mean it’s how 4 stars works. Some people in the personal get a bit rude while they were wrong and just have to admit their fault and act more professionally.

it was close to the airport so very convenient for the departure day. the nightclub inside , the swimming pool , the gym they tried to make a great place for young people and really appreciate it. some people in the personal were very friendly and supportive like Eric , the security people, the woman from the reception. the fact that the hotel is open 24/24 so they were always someone to help when you asked.

the noisy roof top night club

centrally located the Spa was amazing - Tiki is a treasure - the reason why I bother to write this review. Never had a better massage.

it was but far from metro and needs taxi every day which costed £10 daily.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Two of staff members were very helpful and I like to thank you for princess at security and front desk and Aisha from room services.

The day I checked out, I had very little time, but the receptionist did not care about that. Even if I had paid in advance, she took a while to print out the receipt. When I asked why it took so much time, she was rude in answering back. I heard, later on, she was a new staff member.

It is a very good hotel, big spacious room and clean. The hotel is situated on the outskirt of Deira, within a quiet area. The breakfast was ok, there was less selection of food.

hmm i did not like the location much, if you do not have car its hard a bit, but there is always taxi, the breakfast was okay, but could improve more, i mean provide more items:)

Cold Water in the Bath... Not heated... Suitable to wash hands and face but not pleasant if you like warm water for bathing or shower..

The music was to loud in the rooms. Could not sleep.

The location of the hotel is far away from Metro and not easy to catch Taxi as well

Room size was big, and Good view of the road, but I would say worst location, it was my mistake I didn't look before booking that Metro Station is far away from the Hotel, and even if you want to go by Taxi it's not easy to catch Taxi outside the hotel, I would say the hotel was overall good but the location is worst especially if you want to travel in Metro

i just didn’t like that much the neighborhood:( i spent a lot on taxi and there wasn’t a metro station really close to the hotel:/ also in the evening i was a little bit scared but that has nothing to do with the hotel and the sound of the airplanes was kinda disturbing in the beginning but i got used to it

The staff was super amazing!!! so polite and always helpful!! they even helped me arrange a pcr test appointment in my room! also the bathroom was amazing! great job 1000/10!
