Breakfast choices can be improved. This is something which I found to be constrained rather than improved over my 4 times stay at the same property over 2 years. Quality is good, just improve on variety.

Good Location as a business traveler. Comfy rooms & big enough facility. The number of guests in the hotel itself shows that the service is good. Having stayed here multiple times, its a confident recommendation for a 2-3 night stay.

They need to deep clean the apartment because it's smelly and dusty. It's not comfortable to enjoy the night with friends because your voice can be heard at the corridor and the neighbours.

Overall it was a good experience. Room size for two persons was too small. There was no sofa and space for it in room. That was an inconvenience.

Although the hotel is good, but I’m so upset, why they withdraw 196.56 AED extra although they take the full amount of 5 nights at the moment of my arrival. I requested them to refund this 196.56 AED but till now not happened They told me this is blocked by booking and it will be refunded soon. This will let me raise a quick complain if not refunded today

Toiletries were not available, bathroom slippers and laundry were not available in room. This was a bit disappointment. In addition, your helping staff such room attenders and room service, breakfast area attenders and night morning shift security staff was great and very friendly. However your reception staff is not friendly at all or unfortunately I have to say slightly rude. BAD EXPERIENCE I lost my phone in the reception sitting area around 12:00 am on 19th september 2023. I reported and I got a feedback that we have not found. On my request they checked the CCTV footage and informed me in my room that we checked your CCTV footage and saw you only had one phone in your hand (though I was holding 2 and lost 1). I came to reception and told them to show me the footage and they said we do not have the policy to show you. when i got aggressive so the security guard ask me to wait and he brought a CCTV file on his phone after 15 mins. It was the footage on while entering the hotel when i saw in detailed and showed them see i had 2 phone in my hand. I told them after entering i sat on the reception sofa where i forgot the phone pls show me that video. They made me wait for 20 mins but no response. In between guard said to me that you forgot the phone in the taxi will share with you the number. My wife got panic and told them that you guys lied to us that we checked the video and you had 1 phone in your hand, but now you showed us the video finally and it showed there were 2. Let us report this to police since you guys are not showing us the second video and we went into the room. Right after 5 mins the reception guys came to the room and showed me the phone that is it yours, we found it in the sofa (First thing I did was i went down and checked the sofa by my self and when i did not find the phone only than I reported on the reception) I got a feel already in the beginning that there is something wrong they way they were handling the situation and treating me.

Breakfast space was great but unfortunately it was not shown properly in the pictures on the booking.com. I was pleasantly surprise and happy to see the space. Reception area is huge in person and room was specious but the pictures did not justify. My advise is to improve the pictures of the location, it will help to improve your business. If possible add the videos or walkways stimulations in the booking.com, visuals will help your customers to understand better and definitely add a wow factor.

breakfast but thats what we paid for, so its ok. More of Indian. but Dianne the receptionist she greet us with smiles.

location is great near to metro - just 9mins breakfast is more on Indian, i believed. room are clean, swimming pool is also nice for not a taller like us, i think 4.8M deep.
