The food in room service was disappointing. I tried breakfast aswell as regular meals and was not upto expectations this time.

The staff were very hospitable, the service was quick and the size of the suite was quite big.

THEY HAD A GOOD SPREAD OF ITEMS FOR THE BREAKFAST, BUT TASTE WAS NOT GREAT. A HOTEL OF THIS STATURE SHOULD HAVE BETTER COOKS. THE SOUTH INDIAN MENU CHANGED ON ALL DAYS, BUT REMAINING ITEMS WERE THE SAME EVERYDAY. BUT FOOD IS NOT A MAJOR CONCERN AS THE ENTIRE STREET IN WHICH THIS HOTEL IS LOCATED IS FILLED WITH RESTAURANTS - ALL TYPES - VEG, NON-VEG, SOUTH INDIAN, NORTH INDIAN, ITALIAN, ARABIC,,,,,, SO YOU WONT GO HUNGRY. THEY HAVE 4 PASSENGER LIFTS, BUT DUE TO SEVERAL FLOORS AND HEAVY CROWD, YOU INVARIABLY WAIT FOR LONG TIME TO GET A LIFT. ITS LOCATED IN THE CENTER, FOR THE SAME REASON, TRAFFIC AROUND THAT AREA IS VERY BUSY AND YOU GET STUCK IN THE TRAFFIC ON YOUR WAY TO REACH THE HOTEL.

WELL APPOINTED ROOMS, LOOKS LIKE A BIT OLD HOTEL, BUT THEY HAVE TRIED TO MAINTAIN WELL. ADEQUATELY FURNITURED, THOUGH DOESNT LOOK TOO MODERN. HAVE 19 FLOORS AND THE BUFFET BREAKFAST IS ARRANGED AT THE 19TH FLOOR WHICH HAS A WONDERFULL VIEW OF THE DUBAI CITY. WAS REALLY CROWDED WHEN WE VISITED. CENTRALLY LOCATED WITH A NEARBY METRO STATION. ALL TOGETHER WAS A NICE EXPERIENCE. STAFFS WERE HELPFUL. THEY HAVE A ROOF TOP POOL, SAUNA, MASSAGE CENTER, GYM ETC. NO PLAY AREA FOR KIDS.

Please can the disco music in the roof pool area be turned off until possibly 11am. I spoke to a number of guests who were unhappy this was on from 7am in the morning.

I was very pleased to be offered a room upgrade on arrival. Lifeguards are fantastic, work hard and keep the pool area exceptionally clean and maintained. Housekeeping maintained an excellent and consistent standard of room cleaning throughout my stay

The towel set should have included wash-cloths and a second hand-towel. The gym was restricted-access to only certain guests. I'm not sure what was needed to get access codes for it.

Enormous, spacious room! So much room for activities! Also, the room and the entire hotel were beautiful! The bed was a genuine king size bed, too! The bathroom was well appointed, with both a tub and separate walk-in shower. Staff was super helpful and friendly.

Everything was Perfect.Nothing to Complain

Staff was very Cooperative esp the Manager.My payment had declined just few days before I was to arrive n I was in Saudi Arabia n had no way to communicate with my bankers but called the Hotel n requested to make payment on arrival n they accepted.It was such a kind gesture.Keep it up

Very good hotel. Well trained and courteous staff of consistent quality. Hotel is well positioned clean and spacious throughout. Very comfortable. Good food options in hotel and around the area. Reasonable walk down to the historic district next to the Creek, and short walk to well connected metro station.

Rooms are good and the staffs were also cooperative. the property is in between two metro stations and we can reach both stations in a short walk of 10-15 mints. there are few restaurants around if you want to enjoy local food.

Break fast was average. Hotel had too many Indian Guests and infact majority of the residing guests were Indian. Hotel should have Indian Break fast items by default. Also the Set Menu for Lunch and Dinner is JUST HORRIBLE with very little options.

Room was Awesome and well maintained. Only issue was this hotel has all the Old Electrical fittings. And very limited electrical sockets for charging.
