The price of the room is a bit expensive.

We arrived in Abu Dhabi quite late, but the shuttle bus was waiting outside the airport at 0100 in the morning, and it transported us to the hotel in a little over 10 minutes. the check-in was quick and even though we did not go to the coffee shop, the Costa Coffee shop inside the hotel was open at 0200 in the morning. The breakfast was good and there was a nice pool on the top floor that we had to ourselves. Interesting views from the top(a mixture of desert, green, and the airport)

Nothing ! Except one thing : the hotel that it was a bit noisy but bearable.

Very good hotel at an excellent value for money! The personnel is very kind and always available if you have any question. A huge thank you to Soumen at the reception, great help and kindness! Also to Renuka and Thaing. A shuttle is available at different times to drop you off either at the airport or at Yas Mall, if you have time. And we had to leave earlier, a breakfast was prepared in advance, nicely again !

The transfer timetable is only in the lobby on a small piece of paper .. would be good if there was a larger sign or a notice in the rooms stating what time the transfer bus to the airport will be operating. Also no information online about what time is pick ups at the airport / how to get to the transfer bus.

Great value especially if you have a long layover and want to sleep and don’t want to be far from the airport.

- Shuttle bus service could be more frecuent and bigger, to avoid having problems since it’s limited to 23 seats

- Perfect for a night if you have a long night at the Abu Dhabi airport. Bed was super comfortable.

Firstly, that I had to book 2 nights in order to stay for 1 day from 0600 to 2300. The shower - annoying curtain rather than glass/perspex panel made showering uncomfortable. complimentary in-room coffee enough for one cup only.

Quiet room, clean, good bed, nice restaurant with good food, very pleasant staff, complimentary shuttle to new terminal.

There wasn’t really anything negative. I would have preferred if the hotel was closer to the airport and i could walk there, but i already knew about its location when booking.

The room was really clean and quite spacious. Room service was good! We liked how it was just a 10 minute drive from the airport, and there was a good shuttle service.

The courtesy shuttle bus never turned up and we were left stranded at the airport for 2 hours waiting for it, in the end we had to pay for our own taxi. There was no communication to us that the bus wasn’t going to come get us before our arrival which would have been helpful.

Clean, fine, only stayed for 6 hours so did the job, comfortable bed and was able to shower, room had everything you needed for a short stay

How slow can check in be !. You seriously need to educate staff to get help when there is a queue and one awkward customer at the front holding everyone up.

10 minutes from the new airport, free (limited) parking, extremely comfortable bed. And all for such an unbelievably low price.. The roads around the hotel are also almost traffic free now the old airport id closed.

There is nothing not to like, it is exactly how I expect a premier in to be and suited my needs for a convenient airport hotel for an early morning flight. Free airport shuttle bus was an added bonus! The customer service was friendly, efficient and helpful
