Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The hotel is just a nearby metro station. The receptionist Shivram was approachable, kind, and helpful. He gave his best to accommodate us to a nice room overlooking cityview. The room was clean and spacious.

Sri LankaI requested for a measuring scale to weigh my baggage but I never received it. It was supposed to have been taken by another room. So I cant blame the staff but the hotel should have more than one.
The location was very convenient and the room was spacious and clean. I did not take breakfast. I would like to specially thank the receptionists who were very courteous and helpful. Mr. Shivam (the bellboy I presume) was very helpful and his assistance is greatly appreciated and the lady and all the gentlemen at the Reception were very courteous and pleasant. Mr. Muhiyaddin (Room Boy) was also very courteous and always with a smile and ensuring that everything is okay in the room, makes our stay at Ramada a pleasant experience.

As i moved here after 3 night stay at Hilton Palm Jumeirah, so this part of Dubai and the location is amazingly easy going, food, metro, shopping malls and on few mins walking distance.
