The staff at the restaurant was very rude towards us , me and my wife were just surveying the restaurant in the evening on 12 April at around 8pm and clicking some pictures of ourselves. He came to us and asked to order something, we told him that we don't feel like ordering we are just seeing the menu and the place, if we want to order we will order but he said if you are come to a restaurant you have to order and we cannot come to a restaurant without ordering, he was very rude and indirectly he asked us to leave. Although the restaurant was empty, there very barely any guest for dinner. We were not occupying any table or no one was kept waiting because of us. Please train your staff

The bell boys, especially Mr Sanjeev and Ramzan were very kind and nice, they were very helpful. Also the manager Mr Hassan and his team were very courteous and helpful. Not forgetting the room service staff, they were also very polite and nice. The staff at the coffee shop in the lobby were also very nice. Overall the ambience, stay and breakfast was amazing.

Hotel is very nice if you staying in Sharjah. If you travel to Dubai, keep in mind morning and afternoon massive traffic congestion. Your travel time from one city to another can be more then 1:30 h. Hotel has small balconies.

I didn't like the water pressure and water temperature control in the shower.

Large and spacious hotel. Excellent location. Beautiful and cozy beach with breakwaters, allowing you to swim even when other beaches have quite large waves. Lovely pool! Very friendly staff, ready to help with any request at any time. We came for our honeymoon, and they upgraded our room to a club level for free, which was very nice=)

Seafood reataurant buffet, for the price and overall food quality, was ok but not great as a lot of dishes were overcooked and dry.

Great breakfast, great pool and the beach, close to other restaurants , staff is exceptional, it is our second year here in this hotel and we are thinking of going back next year again.
