It is pretty old facilities with a bit of smell in the room. The hotel could well benefit from a refurbishment.

the tv is not yet a smart TV..and the channels are mostly Arab. but if u will have a smart TV we can easily connect and watch the movies in Netflix or in prime. second the sports bar is not opening on time

There was a smell in the room after smokers. The windows couldn't be opened, therefore we could just bear it 😞

The location of the hotel is excellent - just 5mins from the airport bus stop. The room was clean and comfortable. The provided breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly, fulfilling our request of having room on one of the bottom floors, because almost every day there is party on 17th floor - on 3rd floor we could sleep well :)

The parking is for 30 Dedhams per day , the top pool bar night is so noisy specially if u take a top floor room Breakfast room is very small

I didn't like the noise from the bar on the top floor. I had to use earplugs for that reason, but unfortunately the bass was too strong to keep it all quite. And on some days the music didn't stop until 3am. The room can be cleaner and our air condition didn't work properly.

The hotel is close to city center and has everything nearby. From parking to the poll and bar. Staff was very friendly. Parking is charged extra (around 10 USD) per day.

The Carpet in the Room were very old & dirty. High time to change the carpet! The breakfast area is very small and congested. Also the breakfast spread was minimal.

The Hotel is right in the heart of the City. The staff were very good and helpful.

Noisy.

The room and the bath were very spacious. Bed and pillows were ok. We arrived at the hotel at 2-3 am and the staff was very welcoming- reception is 24h. However, we were given a room which had a sharing door with the next room. I could hear the snoring of the persons and early in the morning, we woke up by their child’s shouting. That was pretty annoying but everything else was ok.

The breakfast counter always had a waiting Que. The food is also not that great.

The staff’s are extremely helpful and very polite. Excellent stay in Abu Dhabi if you are looking to be in budget.

Upon entering the room, we noticed that the carpet is a bit old, the room had a slightly musty odor, reminiscent of a puppy. Additionally, the toilet flush was somewhat problematic, as the reservoir took a while to refill the water tank adequately. Although the staff promptly addressed our repair request, it did take some time to resolve. Furthermore, we experienced issues with the lights tripping and the circuit breaker needing to be reset. Overall, it seems that maintenance should be revisited to address these concerns effectively.

Well located, easy to get to from the airport on the A2 bus and good value for money. Close to other restaurants like at the Meridien and close to the coastal boardwalk for exercise.

The rooftop bar & pool had a strong beer smell, it was enough just to check up and not come back. In our room, we could hear the bass from I believe the rooftop bar until 3-4 am, otherwise it was a good stay.

Breakfast was good. Buffet style with eggs, sausage, bacon, salads, hams, cheese, various kind of breads, fruits, coffee, juice, etc. Our room was spacious. Good value for money. Thanks for the upgrade. If we’ll be back to Abu Dhabi, definitely will choose this place again.
