We couldn’t find the location at first (we arrived at night), but the hosts picked us up and were very helpful. The location is insanely beautiful and offers spectacular views. The rooms are decent sized and very clean, there’s an outdoor sitting area and a living room as well. The breakfast was very delicious and we were overwhelmed by the hospitality. Cannot recommend this place enough!

the meal were excellent they serve so much that it was impossible to finish by 1 person they charged 12 euro for meal they can give average qty and should have kept the price bit low -no regrets just my suggestion-the food was fresh and diecious

perfect location ,host both (husband and wife} were very very helpful.owner picked up in his car as i had finish my hike and was deadly tired and exhaust i was struggling to find the location.when i request astriti the owner he came and picked me up .the accommodation was with the garden,you can sit there whole day watching the beautiful valley ,quiet peaceful scenic place ,hope i would have stayed for 1 more day-will return to this place again if i visit theth

Nothing to dislike The only suggestion we could make is put a sign up on the road so we can find the property more easily. However Astrit was quick to reply to our text and even came out to find us in his car. As information, If you use Maps.me it’s clearly marked but if you use google maps then the entrance is on an unmarked gravel road off a bend about 100m before where google maps tells you it is :-)

Such welcoming hosts, provided us with home cooked dinners and breakfast and very knowledgeable about surrounding areas. Lovely sitting area inside but we ate outside in the fresh air surrounded but the mountains and stars.

This guest house is simply fabulous! From the lovely room,to the amazing views, to the hospitality of Astrit and Mariella! As for the food,breakfast was the best we have had in Albania! Dinner was just amazing! Mariella should win awards for her brilliant cooking! Everything was simply the best!! Just come here!

The house is in a beautiful setting surrounded by mountains. Very nice for a few days of relaxing and serenity, but a bit difficult to access without a car! The hosts were very welcoming and professional and we really enjoyed the delicious food, and laid-back friendly vibe. A great stay

absolutely lovely family running this place! everything was clean and I got free mountain tea when I arrived after the hike. Dinner and Breakfast was honestly some of the best ones I had in Albania with an amazing view on the terrace!

A bit tricky to find location but if you call them they will help you. Walls are a bit thin so you can hear people in other rooms in the house

Don’t expect luxury but real warmth and impressive sights.

The hospitality is unmatched. Marinella and her son Nicolas took really good care of us. We had a perfect dinner prepared for us on a late arrival. The environment is unbelievable.

Only thing I could mention are the pretty uncomfortable beds but it is nothing compared to all the positive aspects!

Super nice place, lovely family runs the place and the environment is amazing! They are really friendly and helpful, the food (they offer breakfast, lunch and dinner) is really good and fresh and vegetarian friendly but a bit pricey compared to standard Albanian prices at other places but you get A LOT of yummy home made food. Also very clean and quiet place. We would have stayed longer if it wasn’t already fully booked!

Astrit Villi's is THE BEST guesthouse, and believe me you want to stay there. Honestly, everything about our stay there made us want to stay longer. The family that runs it is so kind and truly commited to there guest! The house is super clean, the rooms were comfy, and bonus we had the best view from our window! Their son Nikolas is a gem and him and his mom made sure we had everything we need at all time! Dinner and breakfast were absolutely amazing, and the view makes it even more incredible. All the food was fresh and homemade cook, which made it even better! Honestly, 10/10 is not enough to describe our stay, this place is a true gem in Theth!

Slightly hard to find (Use an app like maps.me) and a good walk up from the centre of theth, that being said was easy to hitchhike a lift.

Family very friendly and welcoming, and a very cute kitten. Food was great and the views were really good.

Had the best time in Theth staying here with this family who welcomed me with open arms. The food, the hospitality, the location, the mountains view… everything was wonderful, I had to book another night. Hope I will come back again soon! :)
