No beach towels available to borrow on beach, breakfast can be repetitive, drinking water should be available in rooms, beach should have more washing facilities, the draped sunbeds were €60 per day which was ridiculously priced.

Modern facilities, warm welcome from staff, close to beach, beach not overcrowded, good breakfast with halal options, staff always on hand to help, parking easily accessible, rooms very comfortable, good outdoor space in rooms, very close to shops and restaurants for daily needs

Everything was great, but the coffee could be better.

Everything was perfect, the room so cleaned and h the position was amazing, near the beach, parking outside, restaurants all around. i will come back probably.

A bit far from the center but we had the chance to stay fit by taking a 30 min walk to the port. The shower draining was not flawless but it did not cause any big disconfort.

The room was big and clean, the staff was friendly, the breakfast rich and diverse.

the curtains were not entirely covering the windows/ balcony glass doors. sound isolation was a bit poor , we could hear everything going on in the streets and corridors even with the windows/ doors closed .

the staff were very nice the room was cozy and clean the toilet had a handheld washer (bidet sprayer) which was a life saver !

My good choice of hotel. Beach with sunbeds, perhaps one of the best in this area. Very good beach restaurant with seafood. Room on the fifth floor with a nice view of the sea and Corfu. There could be more facilities in the room - there is plenty of free space for armchair, shelves in the bathroom for storage..... Good breakfast.

Walking back from the beach to the hotel was challenging due to the steep slope, but doable.

The hotel is located near very nice beaches. They have their onw beach with the umbrellas and sunbeds included in the room price. The staff is very helpful and the breakfast is excellent.

Cleaning ladies always tried not to clean our room. 2 days out of 5 they couldnt wait 10 minutes until we left the room. For me this is not acceptable for a 4 stars hotel. The elevator wasnt great. This is why i gave 8, otherwise 9 would be my rating. Still a very good choice.

Amazing private beach, comfortable sunbeds, good breakfast, amazing view over the sea from the balcony. The hotel itself is very modern and nice. Good restaurants nearby. Perfect place to relax.

The cleaning was not done properly. There was dust on the floor and toothpaste in the sink. We asked to clean, but it didn't help.

Room was spacious and new. The beach was small, but clean and pretty nice. The place is located on outskirts of Sarande and we loved it because it was so much easier to park and drive outside of the city.

It would be nice to have a telephone in the rooms, bathroom hooks for towels and a garbage bin in the room, not only in bathroom. Also maybe a safe for passports etc…

The staff was very friendly, Evita especially. Always there when we needed her. Thank you Evita! Keep up the good work. The breakfast was also perfect, a variety of breakfast foods, no pork which is very important for us and I‘m sure for other travellers. The turndown service was also good. Maybe for next time the cleaning staff could also clean the floors a little. Other than that, we always had enough toiletries, towels, freshly made bed etc… The beach staff was also friendly, always prepared, asked if we needed anything and also some small chit chat with the guests. Overall very nice people.

The hotel was nice, clean, good location, there was really nice and friendly young lady in the reception.

Unfortunately for us, the pillows and mattress were far too soft so neither my partner or myself slept well on either night of our stay. Additionally whilst the fridge is a great accessory to the room, it makes a lot of noise during the night and does not stay on during the day as it requires your key card for power. Also whilst breakfast was a good spread, the “hot food” items were stone cold each morning as the chafing dishes were not appropriate.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the private beach was fabulous (albeit at the bottom of a very steep hill so walking back to the accommodation was always a challenge). The room was a decent size and the balcony was a great size too with nice views of the sea.

in the 7 days the maid was 2 times (the schedule probably needs to be changed .... at a 4 star hotel the cleaning is done in the morning not at noon). For this reason I did not have shampoo, shower gel, etc
