The location was okay, building and grounds were very good, the outside and inside decoration of the hotel was quite nice (especially for Vanadzor), the hotel staff were very nice and accommodating (thought they spoke limited English), my room was on a high floor so was nice & quiet, comfortable bed and lounge like chair, good, clean bathroom and excellent shower with glass, the free WiFi worked very well the whole to weeks I stayed at this hotel, and the restaurant in the hotel was adequate, had a fair selection of lunch and supper items, the free breakfast was good with eggs, bread, bakery items, cereal, french toast, hotdogs, and Armenian-loving vegetables and cheese, coffee (nice coffee machine) and tea.

The Hotel is a modern building a few kilometers away from the Centre of Vanadzor. Very clean with spacious rooms. The room was very clear, Breakfast was good the service and staff were very good The Staff is kind enough but speaks very basic English. Recommended to anyone visiting Vanadzor, and have a green area with a swimming pool. The swimming pool is a little bit small but it is good for children. and a barbecue corner, so Armenian families spend the week-end here.

So there was a nice little pool which my kids really enjoyed. But I was a little disappointed, because it really didn't match the pictures on booking. The pictures are taken from an angle, where the pool looks normal sized... It is in fact very tiny and it is next to the hotel parking lot... The guests of the hotel still did hang out by the pool quite a lot, so it was nice, but really small and in between cars..

The room was good, the beds were really nice and we got some more pillows and blankets for more comfort without hesitation. There was an electric kettle and a little fridge. The laundry service was quick, good and affordable. Breakfast was really nice!

I just have a small suggestion - it might be a good idea to put a toilet brush and aerosol spray in the bathroom for added convenience. Other than that, everything was great! Thank you for a lovely stay! 😊

I had a wonderful stay at your hotel! The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was really comfortable. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. I loved spending time in the beautiful garden with the pool and hammock. The bathroom was big and had a great shower. The location was perfect, just a short 10-minute walk to the center of Vanadzor. And I must say, the breakfast was absolutely delicious! Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable! 😊

Cigarette odour (I had to complain)

I was accommodated in another room after complain (previous room was with cigarette odour). The second room was bigger (higher standard) Bathrooms are really clean, spacious. Free parking. Personnel was really nice and ready to help. Breakfast wasn't with wide choice menu but tasty.

It was a little cold in the rooms during the night in the end of September, as the heaters were not on yet.

Irrelevant things.

If you are tired of a long trip or simply need to relax, this is the place. It's super clean and quiet. My room was large enough, had great shower and confortable bed. I could even sleep in an almost dark environment thanks to a good curtain (not common at all in guesthouses in Armenia). Last, buffet breakfast was very good.

in a standard twin room we had some issues with curtain rails, they were barely holding. The rooms are not soundproof, you can here everything happening in the corridors

it is hard to find anything you wouldn’t like at this place.

this is a great place for pretty much anyone. we stayed with kids and Laguna Hotel has all of it. there is a playground, a sandbox, tennis table, soccer field, pool. staff is very friendly and helpful.

Several things. One was that there were only four major directed ceiling light fixtures, and one of them at the entrance to the room was out. I am on crutches so it was dangerous to have this entryway in particular poorly illuminated. Also, there was no desk or even any kind of table top or wall-affixed counter to put a laptop on there and do any work. I had to use a very small and low night table that led to back pain from leaning over to use the computer. There was a vague after-odor of cigarette smoke in the room. Finally, the breakfast was average. There was no fresh fruit put out for guests. I had to ask for some, and what they brought was a couple of tiny sour apples and unripe plums. But the rest was standard fare and ok.

The hotel was clean as a whistle. Housekeeping kept the floors immaculate by cleaning nearly every hour. The inside of the room was also spotless. The staff was kind and solicitous, particularly in light of the fact that I am disabled at the moment.

It’s just a little smelly when we entered at first because maybe the previous guests smoked inside the room. We just opened the window to let fresh air came inside and it was fine already.

It’s exceedingly clean and room is nice. The staff/people there are accommodating. Breakfast is really good too and i liked especially the organic home made tea that they serve.

The hotel Laguna exceeded our expectations. The rooms are large and clean, all the necessary things are available (fan, slippers, hygienic accessories, water, electric teapot etc..) Breakfast was OK, the staff is hospitable and friendly. The courtyard of the hotel is wonderful with a beautiful view and a beautiful garden. Thanks a lot!

Good clean mid-size hotel with small outdoor pool and friendly english-speaking reception staff, good wifi, tasty plentiful breakfast. Modern room. Parking. Restaurant also serves good-value dinner.
