- There was no bathstopper when we requested a room with a bathtub - the wifi in our room didn’t work. Only at the reception

The hotel and the staff is amazing. The pool was really nice. We took a massage and enjoyed it a lot. Breakfast had enough options. I would recommend!

Pricing policy could be clearer when booking on booking. Pool should open before 10am in the morning.

The rooms were too hot. Because they have a central heating system, I couldn't control the temperature in my room.

The wireless network signal in the room is very poor. Every time you want to use the wireless network, you can only use it in the lobby on the first floor. There are very few parking spaces, so you need to find a nearby parking lot.

The location of the hotel is very good, it is within walking distance from the central area, and it is very convenient to go to the seaside。

WiFi in room was virtually none existent, had to go to lobby for good reception (l believe this is common in most hotels in Mar Del Plata) also swimming pool water very cold

The room is very tired. Mould/water damage in the wardrobe, the plug sockets are hidden behind the bed so you have to move the (large and heavy) bed one way or the other and means you can only use one set of sockets, the door handle to my en suite bathroom broke sealing the bathroom shut and it took them 7 hours to fix (I told them straight away one morning as i needed the bathroom/to brush my teeth and they said it would be looked at straight away. 30 minutes later I'm still waiting so I tell them I have to leave for the day. I get back 7 hours later and they've done nothing), the shower (which really needs a clean/replacing) will spontaneously change to incredibly hot water for a few seconds to the point where I thought I had been burned, there is no wifi in the bedrooms which they acknowledge but don't seem to do or care to do anything about. All of these things are not dealbreakers, but when combined together and factoring in that this is a very expensive hotel in a resort area that has many other options, I certainly would not recommend it to anyone right now.

The bed was great, and the heated pool is very nice. The location is good for more local authentic restaurants. It's a good 15/20 minute walk to the tourist strip or the nearest beach.

Check in took 45 min. Note nobody on the line. Just me and my 3 collegues. The worst part was that despite the credit card being ONLY for reservation purposes the hotel CHarged 100% of the first night of all the rooms which we reserved. Terrible terrible service. Will not go back to this hotel.

They charged me more of espected once I arrived... According to them, they use USD currency (even being in Argentina) and they added extra fees and taxes, so booking app says one price and over there you'll be paying up to 30% more. Appearently they send you receipts by email but that never happend. If you're not agreed with staying after all this crap, they still gonna charge you for one night since the reserve has been made. About the hotel, parking is subject to availability (in Brookings app doesn't say that .. by opposite just say that is free) so once there there was no available space so I had to leave my car outside the hotel. The room we got was small, the AC fan didn't work well and when taking a shower 🚿 the water easily comed out making a mess by getting even the carpet of the floor wet. Hotel shampoo was gross. The gym had a treadmill, stationary bike, and a single mat, the bathroom there had no water and the AC was non-existent. Breakfast is standard, too basic for more than 75 usd per night. Conclusion... There are better options.. I don't recommend this place.

Hotel location is close to the beach and bars.. so you can walk easily 🏖️ , attention in general was good too. Not many more things to remark...
