United StatesAt check out I was informed they didn’t accept American Express which I made reservation with. Booking.com should have inform of this. Didn’t,t accept US dollars either. I had to go out in the street to exchange dollars for Argentinan pesos. It was chaotic and long process.which could have been avoided if I knew. I am 70 year old woman and that situation caused me a lot of anxiety .
Very good in every way. Fabian and Pedro were very helpful and gave great service at breakfast.

UruguayNo internet in the rooms, only in the lobby. The breakfast eggs and the coffee were really bad. There was a bus idling outside all night every night so if you are a light sleeper ask for a higher floor room.
The staff was great, the room was nice. Cleanliness could have been a bit better but it was acceptable. Breakfast pastries were delicious.

ColombiaThe elevators are really small and one of them only work for two people. It's a relatively large hotel and it seems is frequently busy. So, don't expect any personalized attention. You will probably will be one more common guest among many. We had issues with one of the double windows that didn't close properly, and it was winter with high winds and low temperatures. But nobody actually tried to fix it.
The hotel's location just across the street from the local cathedral and front view to the Nauel Huapi lake. Breakfast is also very complete and with good quality and variety. Lorena's guest handling at the 8th floor

ArgentinaOur rooms was the back of the lifts so we had the noise of it and the door opening and closing the whole time which was really annoying. There is no aircon or ventilation system so the room was quite hot.

United KingdomThe room - the last one they had- overlooked where the buses are idling with their motor on. You can feel the pollution in your lungs, and it’s visible on the floor of the room. I asked for the floor to be cleaned twice but it wasn’t in a 5 day stay. The room was shabbier than I would have hoped for the price.
This hotel is on the lake front with an amazing view from the bar (that is only open 5-9) and very helpful staff.

Canada-Spa is only available at 1pm to 9pm and you have to book in advance. Service was not great. -Hotel room bathroom was not clean. Asked staff to clean it and it took them two more times to clear the drains and remove hair. -There was sewage smell in the room on more than one day. It was so bad it woke us up at night. Hotel told me it was a new room. YIKES! -There was nothing to hang your clothes on or no table/seating in the room -The elevator was so loud at night it woke us up several times. -There is no parking -Eggs are super runny for included breakfast -I spoke to the front desk staff and they didn't seem to care but that's the trend these days. Very disappointed.
The bed was comfortable and the location was downtown.

ArgentinaWhen we where going to sleep we found many hairs on the bet, i ask the consoerge for an other room and we pass the rooms 412, 709, 409, 408, two more dont remember the number, and finnaly 406, taking a bet from other room, because i was with two of my kidds… the dirt was all over the mentioned rooms… it was so very late at bight so we stayed but, i wouldnt stay if i had the chance to go to other hotel, my mistake, do not look at the room untill we went back from diner, at midnight… I didnt care if i need to pay again in other place, but it so late that i couldnt convince my familly to get out of there.
