Good, clean facility that was comfortable. Renovations were not disruptive

I know they are doing renovations, but some of the problems in the room should have been taken care of during regular maintenance. The paint on the toilet seat was very chipped to the point that it made it uncomfortable. The sliding door to the balcony was so hard to open and close we didn’t use it. I think maybe it no longer stayed on the track.

There was someone's nail in the bathroom, clearly not mine. Disgusting. For that reason it cannot be 10/10.

Wonderful place, lovely views. The room was great spacious, comfortable (great view), the bathroom was comfortable; had all you may need. Breakfast was outstanding, with variety and tasty food. Two pools and friendly staff.

The bar/restaurant was terrible - the quality of the food was underwhelming and the service was quite basic The wifi was very slow In general needs a big update, the property feels dated and probably not 5* anymore

ideal location facing the Iguazú and Paraná rivers with views of Brazil and Paraguay, great indoor and outdoor pool, about 30 minutes from Argentine side of falls and 35 minutes to Brazilian side, within city of Puerto Iguazú so close to many restaurants. staff friendly, great atmosphere, great breakfast, my 3rd time here from U.S., great value

The swimming pool seemed to need a bit of maintenance (the water was not clear, sort of cloudy, and tiles were coming off).But overall it was good value for the price.

The staff at the hotel was extremely nice, helpful and attentive. The included breakfast was very good, and the restaurant "La Mission" had excellent food and service. The pool area was very nice as well.

pool was too small for the property, couldn’t get any chairs at the pool for the 2 days we were there, and at check in they tip you off on the exchange rate - refused to bill in the currency it was booked but used an exchange rate that was 10% off.

The air vents in the restaurant/breakfast room are super dirty and that doesn't occur overnight. They have not been cleaned in a long time and they are a focal part of the dinning area. Gross!. - Breakfast tables were not cleaned right away, and those that were lacked partial utensils, and napkins. Yet staff walking around chatting and being unproductive. - Pool area can also use a bit of common sense... lounge chairs of different colors and pool lighting with Disney colors blinking rapidly...makes it feel cheap. - Furniture area dirty (unable to use by guests unless we clean them). All while your staff walks around in circles not being productive when there's so much to be done. Poor Management! Your guests come from all over the world as I noticed while staying there and it has the potential to being a GREAT hotel!! Yet, its poorly managed! Cleanliness, organization and attentiveness should be your TOP priority. Good luck!
