We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesUnfortunately, the hotel's power system relays on the nearby locations, and as usually in Argentina, things work in a less than decent level when it comes to infrastructure. We had AC issues due to infrastructure maintenance (or failed maintenance) in the power network. That's nothing the hotel could really do anything about, but caused troubles to their guests. Nevertheless, we got a very decent compensation for the inconveniences caused.
From the first minute you enter the hotel you feel welcomed. The spa, and the massages, OMG!!! If you're into great food, you need nothing else than step.down to the restaurant.

The building design is beautiful, the architect is much better then the chef I can assure you The service, and the pool was beautiful.. The gym is small but nice.

ArgentinaUnnecessary restrictions on the use of the spa. The assigned room which was the worst of the category. Poor attention given from a girl called Karen at the front desk. Invasion to privacy by the time the stuff entered the room without any permission to deliver some chocolates. Poor and inadequate variety of products offered at the frigobar.
Great service given from Melisa Wong at the front desk. She received very kindly all of our requests, complains and suggestions. And very professional indeed. We also liked the service given at the restaurant. Griselda the waiter was attentive and also very kind, during all of our stay.
