The bathroom wasn't super clean the first night but improved as I stayed not sure why. The floor is a polished yellow concrete like floor that doesn't help the bathroom looking unclean. This isn't the fault of the hotel but there is mosquitoes around this time of the year. There is a bar but looks to be not open (lack of demand)

The room was big for one person. The staff were very nice and most spoke English. The breakfast was basic but lasted up till 12pm. The location is good close to moth the city center and other landmarks.

The key cards continually demagnetized, requiring trips to the front desk multiple times per day to get new keys.

the appliances and some parts of the room needs updating or else this would be a 10 hotel for me. also, the breakfast could be improved a bit by adding eggs at least or different variety of fruits.

it’s in a nice quiet area in Retiro, lots of places to go eat around and most areas tourist spots are only 15-30 min walk away. also, they have nice clean design all over the hotel

The hotel has gone for an industrial look, but is a bit dated. Bathroom needs a renovation.

Great location. Front door is closed at all times and can only be opened by concierge staff, who were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was ok. Room was spacious with a comfortable king-size bed.

The headboard was damaged and covered by a blanket. The room is generally essential and this is not a flaw, but general ambiance is quite cold... design doesn't mean cold or poor choices!

This boutique hotel needs urgent refurbishment. It was already cheap design when it was conceived, a few decades ago. Now, it is dated and materials used are ill-kept, like a white cement floor which is dirty and worn out.

The furniture in the breakfast area is not comfortable. The breakfast is really poor considering this hotel is a BOUTIQUE 4* in Hotel Booking.com. I received two different information regarding late check-out, which affected my trip: in the morning of the last day they told me there was no late check-out fee and I would have to book an extra night; the day before another employee had told me there was availability for late check-out and the fee would be half of the normal price.

The staff did not communicate or answer my request for 3 weeks for a better room. Then they didn’t have one. I gave them three weeks to upgrade me. They did not . When I got there, I tried again and when I thought it was arranged with the night staff, the morning staff managed to screw that up to. I never got my room with a view and gave up. They post rooms with a view on bookings with all rooms. It was deceiving and dishonest . Look at the sight , all pictures for all rooms are the same. This place was expensive and not worth the aggravation . The breakfast was a joke , sour fruit , bitter juices and nothing but bread and cereal - boring . The food in Argentina was aweful other than my Tango show and Lasagna at the Casino .

Great location for walking and taxis. Large, light, clean room. A full wall of floor-to-ceiling glass with a lovely view. The entire staff is the best: charming, courteous, friendly, and eager to help in every way, small or large.
