Very thin walls and very noisy quests in room next door who came back late and wanted to party. Quite run down but ok for the price.

The location of the hotel is very good. This is very close to the Obelisk. Many restaurants like KFC, Burger King etc are accessible easily. The Florida market for shopping is just few block away.

Room very old, paper comes of the walls, small bathroom, Floor becomes wet when showering. Mosquitos.

Friendly staff, they managed to look after luggage for early check in or out. Comfy beds, clean towels and sheets, room clean. No noise.

The hotel has seen better days; wallpaper is peeling off the walls, and furniture is partially worn and battered. Only superficial cleaning is provided; serious attention is needed throughout. Limited elevator space with long waiting times. No onsite breakfast available. Very noisy on the floors; constant door slamming and people chatting can be heard due to thin walls and inadequate noise insulation from doors. Staff appear unmotivated and react very sensitively to any additional questions or requests, working strictly to the rules without providing greetings or a smile.

Great location with all major sights within walking distance. Supermarket conveniently located right around the corner. Metro and bus stops nearby. Solid WIFI.

This is an old hotel. A 2.5 star at best. My single room was small and unattractive. However, it was clean and had heating and air conditioning. The room safe didn't work. I asked the reception desk about having it fixed and was told it would be done the next day. It never happened, so I had to carry my valuables with me every time I left the hotel. The sink design in the bathroom was terrible. I couldn't shave or wash my hands without getting water on the floor. When I showered, water got all over the bathroom floor. I have seen these types of bathrooms before in other countries. They are a little weird to me. The shuttle I scheduled through the hotel cost me $35, and I tipped the driver, a very nice man, $5. I took an Uber Comfort back to the airport, and it cost $19, including a 10% tip. If you're on a budget, it's not a bad place. I chose it because of the airport shuttle, and the room pictures looked nice online. I was disappointed when I saw the actual room.

The location was good, and the price was economic. There were lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance of the hotel. The area felt very safe to walk around after dark.

Upon arrival they gave me room 421. It was not a good experience. The key card did not work properly. There were hairs visible in the bathtub and a couple on the pillow. I told the front desk I was not happy and they gave me a different room 417 for the second night. This room was bigger, better light, view of the main Avenue but smelled of tobacco smoke. I opened the window before I went out for the day but the smell was still there later. The smell never left. This is only half of the problems. I don't have time to go into all.

One or two of the staff were helpful. The location was good for me because I wanted to be able to walk around San Nicolas.
