One of the room seems old, smells like humidity and requires maintenance. Overall we liked the hotel.

The concept of the hotel is amazing, people at the reception are very kind and helpful. There were a lot of cute kitties 😍 and the people in the hotel take care of them.

I didn’t like the towels. Yellowish-gray, old.

I liked that the hotel is in the greenery. it’s very relaxing. The mattress was comfortable.

Maybe because of the season, altough it was over 30 C degrees, the bar next to swimming pool was closed, there were no towels. In the hotel you can only drink wine or beer but no cocktails because the bar is closed. Of course, for some people it is great but this is a smoke free hotel and you cannot enjoy a cigar on the hammock of your balcony in the middle of the jungle.

The hotel is great and in an excellent location in the jungle. The staff is helpfull and kind. Easy to reach waterfalls on both Argentinian and Brazilian sides.

The breakfast was a bit poor, especially the way thinks were displayed.

Amazing location, in the middle of a beautiful forest, spacious rooms with a fantastic terrace, well-equipped and extremely helpful staff. A perfect getaway, you don't want to leave :)

Location Good for visiting the Falls on both the Argentina and Brazil sides. Amazing pool A jungle experience without going to the jungle.

The rooms are a bit musty smelling and need a deodorizer to give it a fresh scent. The restaurant food wasn't very good so if that could be improved it would help.

We loved the decor of the hotel with all the wood. It was nice to be away from the main traffic. The cabinas are set amongst the jungle and even so we didn't see alot if bugs or mosquitos. The pool area was great and they kept ot very clean of leaves and debris.

mmmm, a bit slow service: we asked the reception to fix the light at our balcony, nothing happened for 2 nights.

Fantastic stay in the Selva - would love to stay longer. Be sure to dine in the restaurant- solid menu and good wine list. The hotel staff was also kind enough not to charge us for the night we missed because of the airlines’ strike.

Very limited choice of food, very simple food at the a la carte restaurant.

Great location in the jungle. Cozy lodge and guest rooms. Swimming pool under palm trees. Good breakfast, friendly staff. Very good value for money.

The only thing to pick on is that the pool area was not cleaned quickly enough after people finished eating, which meant that there were a lot of ants at times and cats looking for food. I think on one of the days they had an event and staff may have been a bit overwhelmed.

Beautiful hotel in the middle of the jungle. Great privacy between rooms and a constant view of greenery. Rooms: our room was very large, beds very comfortable. Air-conditioning worked well and there was also an overhead fan. Bathroom was large and water pressure or hot water were never an issue. Room was cleaned daily and towels changed. Restaurant: breakfast was very good with lots to choose from. We also had dinner there, and the food was excellent, well presented and reasonably priced. Facilities: the pool is lovely and has sun for most of the day. It has pool service too. Location: the main road is very accessible, so getting to and from the park and airport was easy. They also have a taxi service that works with them so getting a taxi at short notice was really easy and had clear pricing. Staff: incredibly friendly, polite and helpful throughout all of our stay. The staff working at the restaurant were very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. The staff at reception made us feel welcome at all times and even offered to keep our bags until our flight was due so that we could enjoy the pool after checkout. Highly recommend this hotel. It is visually beautiful and really worth a stay.

Staff needs some training, they were easily confused. English-speaking skills were quite poor. However, people were kind.

Huge rooms, very clean and comfortable, with verandas. The hotel is in the tropical forest, it feels very relaxing. The breakfast was also very good.

Resolving issues or seeking information at reception was slow at times. The restaurant is very limited for vegetarians - there are only a small number of options for vegetarians and some were not available during our stay.

The hotel is beautiful, situated in the jungle and decorated with unique wooden features. The cabanas feel very private, quiet and secluded, despite being a short walk from the main reception area. The swimming pool is big and a comfortable temperature. There are cats wandering around the hotel, which is a charming addition.

I still can't believe the price we had to pay for washing!!! It was almost 50 euros because they charged 2500 pesos per item (even underwear, which I put in a lot and those items are small). This costs almost as much as an extra night. So, never wash your stuff there 😔.

The food was awful. Breakfast so bad and dinner not much better.

Great hotel in the jungle. Nice vibes. Helpful staff even though English was limited. Cool to have a bath on the verandah overlooking the jungle. We had a junior suite.

Prior to booking, I received a message asking me to go to another website. Luckily my bank is very secure. When I raised they just claimed it was not there fault. Staff were a little slow at responding to requests and was asked to sign a form for the security box before I got to the room. It then was not working. Although fixed promptly. I was not informed in advance that I would be charged for water in the room as used to this being complimentary. No complimentary body cream. We were also charged because the bar was not open for service at the pool.

We had 2 rooms. One was beautiful, clean. Bathroom was amazing. The other room smelt moldy, musky .
