No iron in the whole hotel No hair dryer Shampoo etc doesn’t get refilled regularly No robe/ slippers etc Walls are not sound proof Obviously these are minor concerns that I wouldn’t even comment on if it was 2 or 3 stars hotel. But for 4 stars hotel I found this a bit disappointing

We appreciated how friendly and supportive the staff at the reception was . They helped us booking restaurants, sourcing tickets for a football match and giving us good tips on what to visit during our stay. The location is just perfect

The best feature is helpful staff that in a foreign country is golden. Arranged all our transportation, tours, suggested restaurants, went above and beyond to help us in every way.let us in early due to overnight flight, and good breakfast until 10:30!

Rooms are outdated. Bathroom has old tub and lobby is old, dark and dingy. Halls are all black . Compared to others in area was expensive and not as nice.

Decor too dark. Too many curtains in the lobby, reception and breakfast area. My room 804 was dark. Then I took 601 much better. The toilet too tight because not enough space in bathrooms.

Breakfast was good. Room was a bit small, but acceptable and comfortable. Staff was courteous and helpful. Each pod of coffee in the room had a cost of $1,150 pesos (USD $250), which I had never encountered before (not that big of a deal, but still...). Neighborhood was excellent. Thanks Esplednor!

The A/C never worked properly. They have centralized A/C for the whole building and you cannot control the room's temperature. The weather was very hot and humid outside and the A/C broke two nights in a row, which was unbearable. The staff who stays overnight is not very friendly and could not solve the problem with the A/C.

It's located in La Recoleta, one of Buenos Aires's best neighborhoods, within walking distance from many of the city's landmarks, beautiful and safe. The location is great, most of the staff are super friendly and breakfast was superb.

For us the pillows werent all too comfortable. They were quite a bit too thick. The door to the bathroom was in a bit of an unlucky place. If one was sitting on the toilet, the door would hit that persons foot upon opening. Nothing to really complain about, but it was about the only thing I could mention here.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage for free after checking out and pick it up a few days later after midnight. The receptionist had our luggage (and laundry) waiting for us, so we would be able to pick it up quickly to make sure we would be on time for our transfer flight. They were also able to recommend us some places and means of transport. The breakfast was good, but nothing special.

I did not find anything that made my experience undesirable there. Even though the entrance seems small from the outside, it didn’t deter.

The hotel was clean and pleasant to stay in. It was clean and modern. The breakfast was really good with a variety of choice. It has great views from the location of the property and it’s positioned well in relation to different tourist sights.
