Great hotel very close to Ezeiza Airport in Buenos Aires. The staff were excellent. There was great communication answering my questions and queries both via booking.com and on WhatsApp and again upon arrival they were most helpful. The facilities were excellent. The common areas had interesting decor. There were outdoor garden area and pool. I ordered meal from hotel kitchen and they brought it to my room. The included shuttle service to and from airport was a great help

Room slightly on small size but hardly an issue as facility seems to focus on short term stays to accommodate airline departures and arrivals.

Could use a refurbishment as is looking a little run-down, particularly the bathroom. But it is clean.

Airport shuttle service is excellent at whatever hour that is required (and staff are very communicative in dealing with pick-up on arrival). A bit pricey for what you get, but you are very close to the outlining airport of Buenos Aires (EZE) where hotels are very difficult to come by and the service is great. Coffee, fruit and bread are provided for very early departures. Rooms are very basic but clean. This is the second time I have stayed there and both have been great.

Location is very good for getting to EZE airport, specifically the hotel staff is very nice and was very flexible on time take us to airport. Their shuttle service is excellent.

Although the room was small, it was exactly what we needed for a night between flights. The front desk staff was very helpful. The shuttle service was excellent. We were picked up promptly after gathering our luggage at the airport and were able to return the following morning in plenty of time for our follow on flight. We didn't feel like going out for dinner and were able to have empanadas, pizza, and beverages in the breakfast room. Breakfast was enough to fill us up for our upcoming journey. There is a lovely patio at the property - a great place to relax after a long flight.

The airport transfer from the Airport to the Hotel could have been more streamlined. Despite the instructions provided by the Hotel, the Hotel's telephone number was unanswered despite several calls on WhatsApp. Only WhatsApp messages seem to get through to the Hotel - with a delayed response. However, it all worked out in the end - just took more time than expected to organise the transfer after a long flight. The transfer from the Hotel to EZE was great.

The room was a little small and the window went onto the walkway past to the rooms, so I didn't feel as if I could keep my curtains open for natural light.

The shuttle to the airport at 2:20am. The shuttle driver was waiting for me and helped me with my bag. The staff were lovely and helpful.

Only down side it's along way from city but Ubers are easy to catch.

Fantastic revamped very clean hotel near airport. Beds comfortable, showers great and delicious epanadas from the internal Cafe. Staff were very helpful and friendly, extending our checkout time to mid afternoon to assist with delayed flight. Great outside area with pool to relax and recharge with a nice ale. Added bonus free transfers to and from airport at your required times. Everthing as per the advertised photos on website. Great stay, thank you

Standard bedroom (we had no 2) a little small. Adequate for one night but if staying longer, or like space, would recommend upgrading to larger room. Need better lighting in shower.

Very close to airport with free, quick, 24 hour collection and return service. Nice staff who reminded us how to officially avoid 21% vat on room bill, breakfast included. Safe area with police academy nearby and some small restaurants. Would return.
