The apartment way very tastefully decorated and a good size with a lovely balcony. The owners couldn’t do enough for us. They were so friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again if we visit Mayrhofen in the future.

We loved the sauna and swimmingpool. The location is good also, using the bus around the corner (every 15 minutes) or walking to the lift. We already booked for next year, Sandra also made sure we had a nice stay!

It is necessary to somehow ask the guests to observe the silence in the SPA! It was very unpleasant when my wife and I were relaxing by the pool and at that time 3 naked men were jumping into the pool with screams and noise, and then they discussed and laughed very loudly. Fortunately, it was only 1 time, the rest of the guests behaved very calmly.

Very nice apartment. Good kitchen. Great SPA. There's an elevator. I wish I could stop again.

Grand experience start to finish. The facilities are a blend of top notch decor yet provide elegant and authentic interior. The apartment room is spacious across all its areas with a fully equipped kitchen (only oven was missing replaced by microwave and toaster machine which is more than enough). Very comfortable beds. A balcony with breathtaking view. The spa area delivered all indulging activities (dry, wet, and multiplexing wavelength saunas), indoor pool and a water jet massage bed (EVERYONE NEEDS THIS AT HOME!). The hotel is decorated with candles and provides apple baskets scattered around 24/7, instilling a very relaxing environment w/o feeling disrupted by the staff. One might consider the distance from the Main Street and Penken a downside but there’s a ski bus outside the hotel and in the evening it’s a pleasant 8 minutes walk to the main restaurant/bar area. We came with a rental car and commuted to the Arena ski area as well so used it to commute within town. Parking is available 24/7. To sum it up - value for money 100% Thanks Martin and Sandra. We’ll be back!

A little bigger kitchinette would be nice, but this was not really an issue.

The property si really beautiful, with a nice typical austrian atmosphere and style. It´s perfectly located, walking distance to the city centre, restaurants, grocery stores, bike rentals and even the closest cable car is just a 10 minute walk. The room was really cozy, clean and overall spacious, with a separate toilett, the bed was comfortable and the mountain view balcony generous with a nice outdoor seating. The kitchinette in our apartment was rather small, but for what we needed (breakfast) just enough. What was a nice surprise was the relaxing wellness area in the basement (pool, sauna, massage bed,..). The room is cleaned daily and the family who runs this lovely place is at your service just when you need them.

Nothing, but not a Hotel so Reception not staffed in afternoon but assistance just a phone call away.

The facilities, pool spa etc. The overall cleanliness. Friendly Staff and when we did have a problem it was promptly sorted out by the time we returned later in the same day. Location also good, not in the centre of town but near to Ski Bus Stop, so a 4 minute ride to Gondola Lift to ski slopes.

Localization is super, close to a city center and next to a skibus stop. Beautiful views of Mayerhofen from a hotel. Parking provided. It is very clean, comfortable and ideal for families, with a nice kitchen. The owners of the hotel take great care of their guests.

We had a wonderful stay, the hotel was in a great location for all we wanted to do in and around Mayrhofen. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The leisure and spa facilities were super and had them to our selves most of the time, although our visit was at the end of the season. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will be returning to this wonderful property.

Location: Poor for skiiing. It’s 3-4 minutes walk from the bus stop (not 1 as claimed). But, the buses are unreliable and often leave early or arrive late. You should factor 20-30 minutes to reach the Penken gondola each morning. Returning is worse, the last bus is 17:15, so if you want to enjoy apres ski be prepared for 20 minute-walk back in your ski gear. Accommodation: It has an element of the typical Austrian chalet charm, but overall the apartment was jaded and quite impractical. The carpets and furniture were stained. The bathroom and kitchen were both very dated. The living room had an ancient pullout sofa bed, which completely dominated the room when extended as a bed (blocking access to kitchen), but was very difficult and time consuming to fold back to a couch. Only 1 key was provided (old-school key, and not a key card). The same key provided access to the building. This became a pain if we needed to separate. Spa/swimming pool: The swimming pool is small, and quite pretty - but, the spa area is poor. The Finnish sauna is small (and frankly the timber seats looked quite filthy albeit in dim light). We noticed it was shut-off early (around 7:30pm). The steam room is lovely but only operated every second day. Evidently the owner is trying to save energy costs. We only managed to use one of our complimentary hydro-massages as the machine was constantly occupied or displaying an error. Customers should note the pool and saunas are in the same area and the pool can only be accessed by walking through the saunas. Please be advised the saunas are naked and your children are likely to be exposed to nudity. Hospitality: the hotel is owner occupied and managed. Superficially they are very friendly, but without elaborating in too much detail, we found the overall quality of service to very poor - and at times intrusive and lacking appropriate discretion.
