No hovering done in 5 days stay there and the chairs were in a bad condition.

The breakfast was poor. Although the actual food was good, it seems there was only one staff member working which made it impossible to accommodate all ppl on a busy Sunday morning. Constantly something was empty. Considering we are in the middle of a pandemic, corona rules were practically not existing.

The room was large and clean. Located relatively close to the highway. The price was great considering its Austria.

The windows were not quite clean, especially the window sill outside. It is not a good feeling when you want to stay there and admire the view. Could be fixed easily with very little effort.

Everything was just completely off about the property. This was an apartment complex turned into a hotel. The lobby is super old. The staff at night was just terrible and getting annoyed at customers. Someone asked if they can put baby food in kitchen fridge and the night reception got upset with him. The guest was apologetic. I asked for a tooth brush as I forgot mine and he stared at me as if I was asking for a piece of land. Then told me they don't carry any. The bathroom had the most terrible. tub. It was so high that anyone could slip coming in and out. The carpet in the room was filthy. The lights were so less. No lamps were there. They were forcing people to go park on the street. Just avoid if you can.

Location of the hotel was far from the center. It took around 10-15 minutes on the tram stop and then at least half an hour to the centre. But around the hotel there are great parks.

The hotel room was clean, and also had a little kitchen. Large room. Breakfast was done as buffets with great options of food. The staff was very friendly.

Very nice hotel in absolutely quiet location, close to forest and lakes. Even saw a fox during the walk. Breakfast was pretty nice. About 35 min by 11th tram and U1 metro to Vienna Opera.

Room was clean and convenient. There are lot of places to park the car. But parking is free only on Weekends or in between 20:00-08:00 in week days.

Stains and heavy wear and tear everywhere you look. No hangers in the closet. Very poorly equipped kitchenette...A massive pan and a pot, a few sets of mismatched cutlery (some forks still had caked-up eggs from previous guests!), 2 glasses, a few bowls that still had water in them, 2 plates and an old used sponge. It seems like housekeeping is not doing their job properly...

A spacious apartment with a bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette, and a bathroom. Very comfy beds, nice size bathtub. A quiet location, the nearest bus stop is only 5 min walk away.

It's not the fault of the accommodation, but it's far from the city centre, and even here parking is paid.

Everything we received was as described. Nice service, good room, good breakfast. Value for money very competitive, if not the best in Vienna.
