The staff wasn’t well trained and therefore experienced mixed service. The pool in the spa was cold and the shower water also was only lukewarm.

Beautiful modern hotel, rooms were spacious and beautiful. The hotel is right next to the ski lift offering an amazing ski in and out experience. The breakfast offered an abundance of options.

The general manager. The day before our arrival in emailed him to say we were driving and should i be aware of anything. Instead of telling me the road from Lech was closed he said everything was fine and that we would be ok with snow tyres. We came to Lech the year before and the road was open. We were not to know that this was not normal. He then told me to check the small print which was not helpful. He did not do his job properly. Also the wait between starter and main course at dinner is way too long. You have already started digesting!!

The entire experience was truly exceptional. The staff were lovely and attentive and the food was exquisite! The menu was varied enough that my partner who's a veggie and I (a omnivore) were able to eat exactly what we wanted. Big thanks to Nina who was extra attentive and helpful.

The location was fantastic for skiiing. A lift from the boot room to the gondola directly outside the hotel. First class service and the food was superb Rooms so clean and really lovely. All the staff were excellent

Not much apres ski

The ski area is excellent, however we really like skiing in Lech, Oberlech , and st Anton as there is more skiing and apres ski on offer in that region. I find it surprising that the areas are not more joined up.

Everything was amazing.

Where to start, this place just deserves all the stars you can reward! Everything is exquisite, from the very friendly greeting and hotel tour, to the decoration, facilities, beautiful spa, amazing food & cocktails, breakfast with champagne, nearness to so many beautiful hiking trails, intriguing herbal essences everywhere you go, wow... just everything! It is pure luxury - for me the definition of a perfect mountain getaway.

Two things would have made a great stay into a perfect stay—the first is having on-site ski rentals. There is one across the street under the Spar shop but the selection wasn’t great and unusually for the region the staff there were not very friendly. The other ski rental place is a good fifteen minute walk away—not too fun to haul your skis and boots that long. The second would be to have a less formal dining menu option—the food was lovely but some nights I really would have loved some kasespatzle or similar local or even international comfort foods.

The hotel was gorgeous, and the room was wonderfully comfortable. Had a small issue with the lights which was rectified immediately with a smile. Room was quite warm but keeping the windows open solved this issue. The staff and manager of the hotel were wonderful. Really felt well taken care of!

The town itself leaves a lot to be desired, but if you are happy just staying in the hotel it’s fine as the direct ski access makes up for it. However, a hotel of this calibre should have it’s own ski shop for renting/ski clothes basics.

Beautiful contemporary design, very friendly staff and the best location next to the gondola! Malin + Goetz toiletries, delicious food and a super comfy bed!
