Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustriaWe stayed here while we were moving into our new house. The owners were super friendly. This was during the lockdown and we had to order out for pizza for dinner because everything was closed. We were allowed to use th breakfast room for our improvised dinner, which was really nice.

AustriaWe arrived by train and walked ~20mins to get to this place from the train station, one can walk through the historic center of Langenlois or along the Langenlois bach (small stream surrounded by trees), or combine it - the walk was perfect for us, enjoyed the walk, with arrival by car its no issue.
Very relaxed owner, loved the breakfast (fresh, vegetables, fruits, soft boiled egg and very good coffee topped a nice choice of cerreals, yoghurts, spreads, cheese and hams/salamis), very nice rooms.

AustriaThe hotel needs to get instructions on how to use the air conditioning system. We only found the regulator after we slept (or rather had trouble with) in a 25-degree hot room. They are aware of this now so I guess it'll change
I liked the room and how new everything was. The breakfast was really good, and you can get a gluten-free option if you contact them prior to your visit. Friendly owner, clean room

AustriaOur room was having a very bad smell. Probably coming from the perfume sticks, but as the room had no outside-windows it is difficult to say. Also other guests were partying during the night, so we did not get much sleep. Based on the open construction it felt that people were talking nonstop next to us.
