The staff are willing to help, particularly when I lost my passport at the airport, and couldn't fly home. I returned to the hotel, where I got a room, and have the staff to assist me in any way that they can.

Domizil was the greatest hotel i have ever been, so clean and tidy, in the great location, stuff is amazing very friendly and we left our luggage after checkout, I highly recommend this hotel it is great if you want to have easy access to all nice places in the Wien.

Loud noise from the street in the morning (from about 7.00 am) as we were at first floor with a lot of glazing we could not shut the noise out from noisy delivery lorries which seem to often park outside the hotel in the early morning and unload with their loud engine running...!

I didn't feel I lacked anything in particular while I was there, but I'm a simple traveller. I was expecting a toothbrush and toothpaste, but they did put a note to say that you could request for personal care amenities. I guess that helps to reduce wastage.

This quaint, old school hotel just 5 - 6 min walk from Stephenplatz is at the perfect location for my Vienna trip. I stayed for 6 nights. The rooms were clean, had nice big windows, their equipment/ fittings work, the bed was comfy... and best of all, the staff (I met different ones during my stay) were so nice and helpful! I tried their breakfast one of the days, and it had a good range of food items, and tasted really good. I'd come back to stay again if I ever return to Vienna.

I was really disappointed that there was no real coffee and a cafetière in the room . I always have a real coffee upon waking

The cooked breakfast was minimal and not very appetising sadly, but everything else was fine with a good cold choice selection.

Excellent team who went out of their way to be of service and help you when needed. Location was brilliant. Shame they didn't have a bar where people could meet. Breakfast was fine

Hotel excellent location, around the corner from St Stephen's Cathedral and minutes walk to all attractions/shops. The hotel was exceptionally clean. We had clean towels, bins emptied and the bed made up every day. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, and answered our queries on how to find various locations efficiently. Wide selection of breakfast which catered for all tastes . We would definitely recommend this hotel.

There is a bar around the corner with horribly loud music late at night and it kept us awake and also woke us up during our stay. It's a shame Vienna doesn't have better nouise ordinances best hotels but it's not our hotels fault. Domizil is a solid gold star!

Located in the heart of the historical area,but in a quiet place, next to the most famous square of the city Stephanplatz the cathedral with the same name and the metro station with which you can go everywhere . 2 minutes from Mozart's House and a nice restaurant called Miznon .Very kind staff, my room with one bed was super comfortable and clean with a well-stocked minibar, water heater for tea and coffee, the room was clean and respecting ecological norms (nothing made of plastic).I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was pretty much as I expected, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great location just around the corner from St Stephen cathedral, but far enough away from the noise and crowds.

Great location just a couple of minutes from St Stephan Cathedral. I have stayed several times in Vienna, mainly for work, first time in this hotel. The room had all the necessary facilities and good breakfast. Recommended for sure.

The rooms were very warm. We stayed at this place during the first week of April and the AC was not switched on. The staff at the reception made sure the ventilator and windows were opened the next night. It was much better but as our room was facing the street below there was a lot of noise.

Breakfast was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has the locational advantage as it is close to most of the historical sights.

Hotel Domizil is a 2min walk from Stephansdom and the old centre of Wien. It is a 6min ride from Wien Hbf on U1. It is a short walk to Demel, Hotel Sacher and Central Cafe. Location cannot be faulted. The room had a kettle! Would stay there again in a moment.

The noise from the pub opposite the hotel was disturbing till 11pm as they stand outside the pub and talk and drink. The city should have some provision against this public nuisance.

The location was great. 5 minutes walk from Stephanplatz so access to all transport was easy.Good safe neighborhood to walk around. The staff and reception were extremely friendly and helpful. The room had all the facilities and was kept well.
