Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Very cosy, clean and spacious apartment. Two bathrooms were a hit. Private entrance. All dishes and equipment in the kitchen. Nice walking routes around so you can go for a pleasant walk with your dog.

Czech RepublicAmazing breakfast. Very kind and nice owner. The house is located in a quiet place, very close to the AquaDome thermal spa and the town of Längenfeld, where we loved the restaurant Dorfwirt with excellent local cuisine. It takes only 14 minutes by car to get to the Sölden ski resort.

United KingdomThere are no restaurants nearby you will have to walk /drive into the nearby town , it's a 15 min walk . The restaurants however are well worth the walk and you will need to walk back after all the food!!
Our hosts were fantastic, really friendly and good English spoken! The breakfast was amazing, there is everything you could ever hope for in a breakfast. The rooms are comfortable and the views are outstanding. Do not hesitate to book this room, you will not be disappointed!

United KingdomInside the room there was a filter coffee maker and pod-type coffee machine in a glass cabinet, but no way to use them as we didn't have filter papers, coffee pods etc and none were provided. The shower closure was stiff/broken and the shower gel/hand soap dispensers empty. There was a neat little dining table but what we presumed was a kitchen had been closed off by a locked roller-shutter, so we had no means of preparing even a simple meal or hot drink. A microwave and kettle would be useful! Another room next to ours was occupied by a couple, with shoes and vacuum cleaner left in the outside corridor which were hastily removed after we arrived. Family members? It all just seemed a little unprepared and lacking in basic provisions, certainly for the cost of the stay
The location is in a peaceful village away from the main road and is a good sized space to spread out. It was clean and tidy and the host was a jovial chap, despite our late arrival
