Need to inform people the home is in the entrance and right side. Maybe it’s already informed but I didn’t see it. The sleeping suite is need to improve a lot. The pillows were extremely disturbing while sleep.

Everything was perfect. We stay 5 adult and 1 child is totally enough for each needs. The location is close to Vienna railway station this is why we booked here. Check in check out was easy.

Facilities could have been better. No bathmat, only 1 dishtowel despite no dishwasher which got sodden, no supplemental bedding for people(me) who need it, no instructions for any equipment nor any helpful tourist info, crockery and sink a bit dirty from previous user, fabulous looking large smart tv but no use for a foreign visitor wanting to chill after a long day site seeing, as no setup to allow access to any tv via smart apps, only access to 3? German language tv stations.

The owner opens the door remotely after he receives a call to say you have arrived. Unfortunately , we both had iPhones with 02 network and had difficulty obtain a signal . It was a bit concerning for us as it was the only way we could contact him.

Great location. Walking distance to main train,bus and metro, shops cafes etc. Situated on the ground floor. It’s not perfect but perfectly adequate and owner very accommodating. He kindly let us in early and allowed us to leave our bags until 1.00p.m instead of being out for 10.00.

As there is no front dest, we had to wait 5 min for the first time for someone to open the door. It is minimum and negligible. Next time we had the key.

Everything. We loved it exceptionally. The location was too close from Vienna central T/ Wein HBF. It is also closer to the Subway station (Keplerplatz). There is plenty of space at the property. Kichen and kitchenette was all available with plenty amount. Nearby area is not crowded and no noise around. The owner and the staff was too friendly. We came earlier than check in time. They allowed to enter and then later they cleaned it. There is nearby super-shop where you can find the almost everything

Simple thing could improve the experience like shower gel, more towels, the owner assumed I would share the bed with my friend but we didnt so I ended up being without bed covers.

The location is very convenient if you have to get to/from the airport. Station for airport bus is 5 minutes walking. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. Easy check-in, even easier check-out.

Instructions for entry were quite late, in fact - nobody replied to our messages and e-mails, but we had to call them upon arrival. After that it was relatively simple and easy. There were no toiletries provided in the bathroom, even though the description stated there would be. There is a lingering unpleasant smell of sewage coming from the shower's drain hole - it subsides a bit after a few minutes of water flow, but it definitely persists. The apartment itself looks nice and clean, but there is some room for improvement - for example, the refrigerator in the kitchen could use either a makeup and repair or a replacement - some of the shelves inside are quite rusty and look dirty, and the door handle was broken. Overall the cleanliness of the kitchen area was not phenomenal. Also the soundproofing is not great. The PARKING INFO for the neighbourhood is definitely WRONG - there is, as of 2022 and beyond, NO free parking in the streets, as the city of Vienna has levied parking tolls throughout practically the whole city. We got a parking ticket on our first day because we were misinformed by the description from this listing. There are some long-term parking options throughout the city, but the owners should change the info to match the current situation.

Location is excellent - near the Metro station and within easy walking distance to a nearby shopping mall (Columbus Center). The appartment is spacious and comfortable. Provided WiFi network is speedy and stable.

The only thing that we've missed, was some coffee, cause we couldn't find small packs coffee just for 2 days stay.

The location was perfect. Close to railway station and a Metro station. Also next to Belvedere Palace and 2 stops from the centre. It was clean and equipped perfectly. The owner was very helpful and responsive. We had a wonderful time.

The kitchen furniture missing handles and the fridge door was damaged (however the food still could be stored inside). There were quite dusty spots such like radiators. The apartment is equipped with gas heating column but we didn't spot CO2 detector. Our host assured us that the one is built inside the column, however there is no way to validate it. No stickers with info when the last checkup of column was conducted.

Location near a metro station makes it fast and easy to get to the city center. The apartment is placed on the first floor what is convenient if you have heavy luggages. There are lots of well-rated spots of oriental cuisine and shops in nearby. Comfortable beds with clean sheets.
