Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

TurkeyThe deposit fee was charged to my credit card on the first day of the stay. The reservation fee was also collected when leaving the hotel. It was said that the deposit received on the following days would be refunded. Currently, this fee is pending in authorization and has not been refunded yet. It has been 5 business days since I left the hotel.
The location was very good. Room cleaning was done every day.

PolandHotel advertises to have a parking available, but the parking is a owned by the city or a private owner, and a day charge is ca.45 EUR (2024y). No discount for guests. The hairdryer wasn't working.

GreeceThere is nothing in the mini bar in the room. There should at least be water. The price of breakfast is very high and not at all affordable for the visitor.
The location is ideal near the major attractions, in the center of the cafes and restaurants. The lobby is comfortable with places to sit and also the bar with excellent service and very kind and willing waiters.

CroatiaI booked the room at the top of the hotels and I get the room at the second floor I requested king size bed and I have got 2 separate small beds and after I complained I have got king size bed room but not at the top as I booked It is very strange that you book something 2 months ago and that you come to the hotel and get totally different thing than you requested and booked

MalaysiaThere is two hilton situated nearby , the one we stayed is hilton vienna park, the other one is hilton vienna plaza. So beware and do not book and go to the wrong one.
Location is extremely strategic. Walkable distance to the old town of Wien where u can see st stephen cathedral and then shopping streets with well known brand and many restaurant and coffee house. Also if u rent your car with sixt, which i do, u can return it in the parking lot of this hotel (reserved parking lot for car rental sixt) and no parking fee charged. And it is just opposite train station and u can take CAT (city airport trin) 16 min away to airport directly. Room is spacious and bed mattress pillow is really comfortable. Staff of hotel is very friendly and helpful with many useful information for tourist like us. The hotel is attached beside a small shopping mall and very convenient to buy groceries and small shopping
