Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CanadaAlthough it did not bother me, the hotel is located in front of a bus stop so there is some street noise.
Stayed for 4 nights. The size of the room exceeded my expectations. For a room booked as a double zimmer it had two sofas and a lot of room. The bathroom was even a good size. Breakfast was very good with a varied selection. Had daily housekeeping which post pandemic does not necessarily occur.

Almost everything was perfect. It is a family-run hotel and the staff is very customer-oriented. For example at breakfast we were looking for normal joghurt (they had mixed fruit ones). The following mornings they brought us directly at the table a bowl of normal joghurt. These are the kind of small gestures that make you feel comfortable.

GermanyIf I stay at a hotel for several nights, I would very much like to have a fridge. Breakfast at 7:30 is quite late.
The hotel is located directly at the bus station in Matrei. The rooms are exceptionally large and the furniture made from light wood appears very welcoming. Some rooms have a balcony. The breakfast is all right. There are hotels which serve better food, however it does the job nicely, if you're not completely spoiled.

United KingdomThere was an issue with our booking but this was resolved quickly. Also the room was a little dated in its design but to be honest this is just personal preference as the room was clean and tidy. I found the bed very hard and uncomfortable.

In a charming small town, he hotel is quite big, with 2 buildings (apparent one older renovated and the other new) and parking on the street, in front of hotel; our room, for 3, was big enough, clean and comfortable, but it has not a balcony; a delightful small river in the back of hotel "singt" the nights covering the noise from street; the restaurant is not renovated but pleasant, the breakfast had many kinds of food, for dinner they have pizza and some kinds of traditional food.

AustriaWe arrived on Sunday and that is a free day for workers, so there was a shield of paper with my name on it and telephone number to call. We were trying for 30 minutes to reach anyone, then a man who was throwing trash out asked us if we wait for someone. We said that we are waiting for our room and cannot reach anyone, so he just left. we tried calling and calling, no one answered and then the worker came and told us that we should have called. No apologies or anything. Another thing is that we found a mug in a dining table containing ginger from previous guests and I would expect some level of cleanliness from a 3 star hotel.
the room was actually quite nice, however you could hear everything the neighbours were saying as the rooms were connected through door.
