Spacious room Lovely bedding however the bed was very hard Delicious breakfast with freshly cooked egg dishes cooked to your liking 20 minute walk into the centre of Salzburg Staff very obliging and pleasant

A busy road location, although the noise was reduced by effective windows. The room lighting was quite dim but the bed was comfortable and we slept well.

This hotel is well located for public transport but it is quite a busy road. The room was adequate and bathroom quite large. It was nice to have tea and coffee-making facilities too, although milk was not supplied. It took us a while to get orientated but could walk to most places, including the Old Town, in about 15-20min. The staff at reception were excellent to deal with and made us feel at home.

Quiet location, on direct bus route (No 2) from Airport and main railway station. Friendly, helpful breakfast staff. Excellent choice of food and beverage at breakfast. Clean and comfortable room.

Layout of the bedroom. Poor location of power outlets. Overall lighting just lamps at one end of room, needs a large central light.

The pillows were useless and lacked any sort of support. Some sort of gym/studio to help relax would have been a huge bonus. There was no green tea in the room or at breakfast, so we had to repeatedly request this.

The breakfast was superb, and the option of an omelette cooked to order is a lovely touch. The staff were super helpful, and we had great conversation with the barman who originates from Nepal. The hotel has most things you could need for your stay.

Parking a bit pricey, but probably commensurate with what is available in Salzburg (20euro per night undercover, 10euro outside pending availability). Rooms dimly lit. Twin room had no hair conditioner or body lotion provided. Rooms generally tight but workable. No fridge.

Breakfast buffet highlight - everyone including our two teenage kids found many delights to enjoy here, including omelettes and fried eggs to order, local breads, cheeses and meats (including leberwurst, yum!), and reasonable coffee machine (as Aussie coffee snobs). Good location - walking distance to old town but quiet at night. Many great Austrian restaurants nearby (Fuxn, Die Weisse, Johanneskeller). We had two rooms, views from our King Room on Level 5 amazing for watching spring snowfall. Bath and mini-gym bonuses.

The electric blind on the outside of the window kept us awake during the nights as it was slapping around in the wind and if we left it up the room was too light.

The breakfast had a great variety and it was all delicious and well stocked even though we went down late. The provided toiletries were excellent quality and plentiful and the bed was really comfortable. The staff were super friendly and helpful and it was only a ten minute walk to the edge of the shopping/restaurant area and the same to Mirabell so really convenient but without the sounds of people late at night.

In spite of paying more than 60 Euro than what my accompanying friends paid for the same room, myself and my wife were not provided with complimentary breakfast. It was so humiliating. Booking .com is partially responsible for this fiasco. Why so much of disparity in booking rooms within few days.

Nothing negative to note

Hotel was clean with pleasant facilities. The staff was helpful and attentive. The location of the hotel is about 10 min of gentle pace from Mirabelle Platz and around 20 mins walk from Altstadt where the main action is. Bus 2 takes you from the airport to the hotel (2 min walk from the bus stop). Breakfast was varied and perfectly sufficient.

Could do with a ceiling light, had to turn all the 4 lamps on at night since it gets a bit dark. The wall panel behind the bed was coming off but it's not super noticible. Overall, really enjoyed my stay these are more feedback things.

Nice sized room with beautiful views. Nice area close to bus stops, nearby supermarket and restaurants. Quiet as well. Short walk to the centre.
