I really liked the wellness, I would just recommend to make it a little more intimate, be it just by less light… the light was very bright even inside sauna and it makes it harder to relax

The rooms were cozy and clean and the staff was very nice. We asked about lactose free yogurt and one of the ladies brought us soya yogurt the next morning! I really appreciated the wellness after skiing all day.

great location for skiing, the ski bus stops outside the hotel. Very comfortable and stylish room decor. Excellent breakfast. All the staff were very friendly and liked to chat with you at breakfast when it was quiet. Overall a very pleasant stay at an affordable price.

As much as I was impressed with the food in the restaurant, I was dissapointed with the breakfast at the hotel, which was a bit limited, particularly the pastries, and the meat cuts smelled like spoiled, on both mornings when we had breakfast.

The location was great, the food in the restaurant that belongs to the family was absolutely exceptional, really fantastic. The room was very clean, the staff nice and helpful.

The beds were a little too soft and the linnen should be changed to new ones as we felt they were old (yet they were very clean Even though we had a great stay!

Breakfast was tasty, staff was actively refilling the food supplies and fulfilled special requests. There were so many types of food to try we barely scratched the surface. Room and bathroom were spacious and everything in them was brand new and decorated with care. Internet in room was working with top speed all the time. We had dinner too, and it was extraordinary in all categories from quality to amount of food and service. Service was top notch in every aspect.

Did not have a balcony and the windows were rather high. The TV was mostly German, and practically could not see anything I understood.

No air conditioning nor restaurant, but that wasn't serious, the hotel has a satellite restaurant and there are others.

Good breakfast; but what I like about Austrian hotels in general is the standard of construction. It was well-built, insulated from noise and for both heat and cold although no air conditioning.
